MASAKAN BERASASKAN IKAN

Patin Berlado




1 whole ikan patin (around 600 gm) - cleaned
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp salt
3 cloves garlic - pounded
1 big onions - sliced
2 scoops of blended chillies
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste
Cooking oil

Mix the patin with turmeric powder and salt. Bring to fry until golden & little bit crispy. Keep aside.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Fry the garlic till golden, put in the chillies (blended) stir-fry till the chillies a bit dry.
Add in vinegar, sugar and salt. Add in the sliced onion and the patin. Mix well.
Ready to serve.

Talapia Kicap



1 whole freshwater talapia - sprinkle with turmeric powder n salt n fry
1 onion - sliced
cili padi (small chillies) or red chillies as required - sliced
1 in ginger - thinly sliced
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar or Lime Juice
sugar to taste (optional)

Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Throw in the onion, chillies n ginger. Fry till u smell the aroma or till u sneeze . Add in soy sauce and stir. Add in vinegar/lime juice. Stir it to mix well. Off the fire.
Put your fish in a serving dish. Pour the sauce on it.
Ready to serve your stomach...

Niii rimbun try ikan kukus resepi kat dlm Majalah Mingguan Wanita keluaran yg entah bila tah... lama dulu lerr.

Kalau sesapa nak try ikan kukus simple nii.. rimbun sertakan resepinya:
Bahan:
Ikan bawal/kerapu/siakap(dikukus sehingga masak)
Serai
Air limau nipis/kasturi
Bawang putih bawang merah
Halia
Sos tiram
Tepung jagung
Carrot
Brocoli
Tomato
Garam
Air untuk merebus

Panaskan air dlm periuk, masukan serai, air limau nipis, bawang putih, bawang merah n halia. bila dah layu skit masukan sos tiram n tepung jagung(yg dah dibancuh ngan air skit) Biarkan kuah agak pekat dan masukan garam secukup rasa. lepas tu bole ler masukan grated carrot, brocoli, tomato dah daun sup. bole jugak ditambah ngan sayur2 lain jika suka. curahkan keatas ikan. sedia untuk dimakan.

Ini lauk favourite Zu. Kalau nak cuba marilah. Cuma sayang Zu tak boleh letak gambar sebab tak pandai lagi nak gunakan.

Ikan Talapia Goreng Cili Api


Bahan-Bahan:

3 ekor ikan talapia dibersihkan dan dilumur garam kunyit.

15 tangkai cili api
6 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas baeang putih
1 batang serai (diketuk)
1 keping asam keping
Garam, gula dan serbuk perasa

Cara-cara:

1.  Ikan talapia digoreng garing-garing. Ketepikan.
2.  Blender cili api dengan bawang merah dan putih.
3.  Panaskan minyak. Masukkan serai dan cili padi beserta bawang yang diblender tadi.
4.  Tumis sampai naik bau. Masukkan asam keping, garam, gula dan sedikit serbuk perasa.
5.  Kacau lagi sehingga cili tu betul-betul kering baru masukkan ikan talapia yang telah digoreng tadi.
6.  Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

tak sangka lak terjumpa thread nih...

baru jer last weekend try ikan dory ni.. dulu mmg tak tau langsung kewujudan ikan nih... pastu sebab nak masak bubur baby, ada sorang makcik tu suggest masukkan ikan ni.. dia ckp cari jer kat tesco... so gi la carik, mmg ada pun.... nampak sgt la jarang memasak... dan survey tempat basah kat supermarkt ni...

balik tu buat bubur + ikan ni... baby saya suka ghupernye.... seronok tgk dia makan....

leh buat fish n chip yer... nanti nak beli lagik la.. try buat menu utk bapaknya plak...

kalau kat kampung, rimbun suka bakar ikan talapia ni. but before that, lumurkan dengan sambal tempoyak mentah(juz gaul tempoyak n lada n skit garam) n balut dengan daun kunyit. pastu bakar atas dapur arang... yummmy ..g sedap lerrr

My first homemade fishball. Terpaksa belajar buat sebab ikan terlalu banyak kat rumah. My father dan hb terrrrrlalu rajin pergi boat fishing hinggakan ikan melambak2 banyaknya...

nk tanye la..tp jgn gelakkan kite ek..kat ikan ade ulat kecik2 eh? ke ikan tu mmg dah busuk?...bru beli ikan nk wat kopok leko..bile nk kisar isi tu ade ulat sekor..kecik sgt...haih...geli la..
