Mona guna 250 gm Fern butter instead of setengah butter setengah margerin,jangan over cream butter dan gula halus ! kalau over cream kang jadi kueh butter pulak instead of kek butter :lol

butter cake resepi hazeleaf
BUTTER CAKE [hazeleaf]
250 gm butter
220 gm castor sugar
6 large eggs(saya guna 5 sj pun ok)
1 tsp vanilla essence
300 gm self-raising flour(sifted)
1/2 cup evaporated milk(3/4 cup kalau nk lebih moist)
1.Preheat oven to 180 C
2.Beat butter and sugar till white & fluffy.Add in eggs one at a time and mix well.Then add in vanilla and milk & mix well.
3.Lastly fold in sifted flour and mix well.Pour into a greased and lined cake tin(22cm)and bake for about 55-60 mins.
Kalau nk buat marble kek dgn resepi ni pun boleh.Utk kek kopi gunakan 7 sudu besar instant coffee dan campurkan dgn 2 sudu besar air panas.(jgn guna kopi 3-in-1)
