baru nak kumpul 195 RC tengok-tengok dpt redemption katalog yg baru dah naik 200RC..
menyesal tak rembat awal...

senang klu ada BM nie nak buat roti, donut,pau..
guna jer BM lepas tu keluarkan buat bentuk yg kita suka...

Dapat belajar teknik baru dalam pembuatan roti bila maisya jenguk kat blog Florence. Teknik yg dinamakan '65C TangZhong method'. Boleh baca dengan lebih lanjut di link ini:

Nie rupa adunan TangZhong yg maisya buat ...not sure consistency dia betul ke tidak macam ni, maybe kena pekatkan sikit.


Nie hasil dari percubaan guna teknik tu...guna resepi 65C Bread Loaf yang ada kat blog tu jugak.(Seperti biasa, maisya guna tepung gandum jer...kalau guna tepung hi protein maybe resultnya lebih bagus)

Marble Bread

Buat roti lagi guna teknik dan resepi yg sama macam entry sebelum ni. Ni sebab ada lebihan chocolate sheet masa buat last week. Kali ni try buat marble bread plak, tak berapa cantik marblenya. Kalau nak tengok yg cantik-cantik boleh tengok kat link ni:

Untuk buat teknik marble ni:

-Lepas dah uli, rehatkan doh hingga saiznya naik 2 kali ganda.
-Tumbuk dan uli sekejap utk keluarkan angin. Balut dengan cling wrap atau letak dlm bekas bertutup dan rehatkan doh dlm peti ais selama sejam.
-Keluarkan dari peti ais dan ikut cara-cara seperti gambar di bawah ni

-Rehatkan doh hingga saiznya naik 2 kali ganda dan bakar dengan suhu 180 C, api atas dan bawah selama 30 - 35 minit. Maisya letak di rak yg bawah sebab guna loaf pan( kalau letak kat tengah nanti dia cecah sampai ke rod pemanas kat atas tu...oven kecik la...)
-Bila dah masak sapu atasnya dengan butter.
