apsal org ramai sibuk nak kurangkan lemak..aku dari dulu menternak lemak tapi tak gemok2 gak..keding jer mcm crouch tu..tp aku tkder la panjang mcm tu..tk smart smart langsong bdn mcm tu..tak balance plak tu

skrg aku sarapan air milo, telan roti

kul 10am telan oat

kul tghari mkn nasi takde goreng2

kul ptg kalo lapar telan oat lagi

mlm kurang nasi lebih sayur

mmmm joging 3kali seminggu

pastu mlm angkat besi

saiz perut ku skrg suar saiz 40 dah selesa semula.. tak sendat sampai nak duduk pon senak..

haku dpt turun jadi 95 jd lerrr..

tapi tiap pagi sarapan mee goreng huhu
