topping choc:
Bahan2:
170gm cream
200gm cooking choc
1 sk esen vanila/buttermilk/buttervanila
1 sb butter

Caranya:
ketuk2 sket cooking choc dgn anak lesung baru gunting pembalutnya n masuk dlm periuk. Tuang whipping cream. Panaskan dgn api kecil. Bila melt/cair je choc, kacau cepat2 dgn whisker n angkat periuk. Bila dah sebati, masuk esen vanila n butter. Kacau rata n sebati. Tak payah tunggu didih, asal cair je cokelat terus padam api..whipping cream bila suam akan mencairkan cokelat.. Guna cara double boiler bole gak tp macam leceh lakkk.. Tuang atas kek tika dia suam2 or nampak cair lagi. Kalu nak masuk piping bag, tunggu sejuk dulu baru pipe. Tak perlu masuk fridge. Snang kan...
err..sy guna periuk yg bwhnya tebal sket so tak cepat hangus n panas...

Maybe resepi yang u guna tu...kuantiti bahan2nya sikit tak?...sebab itulah kek jadi tak tinggi...cuba tanya cikna guna resepi kek coklat yang mana...

oo guna recipe chocolate ganache ye.. tima kasih2.. nak cuba la buat corak2 tu.. tak penah wat.. selalu simbah aje cooking choc + butter atas kek .. takde seni2 kreatif mcm cikna buat hehe
