ramai lagi tak update berat, hari ni sempat lagi noooo..

last utk check in berat ialah petang ni pukul 5pm.

kalau saya tak publish ranking lagi pun sempat nk update berat kadang2 ada keje, ranking tu lambat sikit nak publish huhu..

En Din.... boleh tak guna berat saya hari ini instead of semalam sebab saya telah berjaya mendapat 72.8... bukannya senang nak menembusi 73 dan ke bawah... berminggu-minggu saya cuba.... boleh eh en. din... tq

boleh pikacun.. actually update berat dua hari selasa & rabu.. klu antara dua hari tu dpt berat lagi bagus, saya akan key in berat terbaik

itu minda je mel.. sebab klu tensen, lagi patut kita exercise sbb bila berpeluh kita akan dapat kurangkan tensen..

lagi satu bersenam pun akan keluarkan hormon 'tenang' jadi tensen akan dapat dikurangkan dan akan rasa lebih good mood.. maybe sebab darah kita jadi lagi lancar & lebih byk oksigen dapat dihantar ke otak.

paling cantik ialah update tiap2 minggu, sebab utk ur own good.. pasainye kalau kita update berat tiap2 minggu, ada 'accountability', iaitu kita bertanggungjawab dgn berat sendiri.. kalau naik atau menten, tu sbb tak buat 'homework' klu berat turun tu, ha teruskan je n stay konsisten & bina momentum, insyallah berat akan turun byk..

rasanya top 2 dah establish, amoyfazna & cincau. kalau dua2 menten turun berat next week, mmg confirm first n second. yg best, wlupun BMI obese tapi duk kat atas. teruskan usaha u both

   sebenarnya y paling berat yahamat nak mulakan senam tu....nak mula sarung baju..sarung kasut...memang time tu badan rasa nak lepaks...tapi minda kata kena senam...

terpaksa la melawan perasaan tu.....lawan setan2 tu..hehe

tapi once kita dah warm up..badan dah mula kuar peluh kita jadi bersemangat....sedar2 dah habis pun workout...
perasaan masa tu rasa sgt2 puas..rasa bangga dgn diri sendiri serta diri rasa lebih sihat....
