hi semua!
Pada hari Jumaat yg mulia ini, Marissa ingin nak berkongsi berita gembira ngan forumer semua.
Bulan Mac lepas Marissa ada beli Vitex jenama Kordel. Pastu my collegue (dah 12 tahun kahwin takde anak) pun beli jugak lepas Marissa syorkan pada dia. Tadi dia cakap dia pregnant 6 weeks. Dia makan vitex baru 1 1/2 botol. Marissa pun tumpang gembira dgn berita tersebut w/pun Marissa tak pregnant. Pd kawan2 yg nak mencuba, sama2lah kita makan vitex. |

vitex tu untuk PMS system di samping memperbaiki cycle haid kita. Kata pharmacist tu, kena makan 3 botol utk 3 bulan. Mmg period Marissa on time 28 days. Tapi bukan rezeki Marissa agaknya. Lagipun Marissa dah booking anak angkat dan sekarang ni tengah tunggu nak bersalin je. |

VITEX Chasteberry
A supreme hormonal tonic for women
Outside my window a lovely little shrub with silvery leaves and clusters of purple flowers is just beginning to bloom. Not only is this plant one of the most beautiful in the garden, it is also one of the most valuable herbs in my medicine chest.
Vitex, also known as Chasteberry or Monk's Pepper, has an ancient reputation as an an-aphrodisiac for men. The leaves were strewn at the feet of novices as they entered the monastery. However neither modern science nor practical experience supports this particular use of the plant!
I use Vitex as a supreme hormonal tonic for women. Both extensive clinical studies, as well as over two thousand years of use in folk medicine, have proven the effectiveness of this remedy. It works by stimulating and normalizing the pituitary gland, which regulates the balance of estrogen and progesterone in the body.
In a normal menstrual cycle estrogen is higher before ovulation and progesterone is higher after. Vitex usually has the effect of enhancing progesterone and decreasing estrogen levels.

Vitex is also an indispensable remedy for women with uterine fibroids, fibrocystic breasts, or endometriosis. All of these conditions proliferate under the influence of estrogen and shrink under the influence of progesterone.
This plant may be taken in tea form, although I prefer the tincture (alcohol extract). The dosage of is usually 30-50 drops, three times per day. Like all herbs, Vitex works best when combined with a lifestyle that includes pure water, whole food, gentle exercise, and plenty of self-love. Although you won't find it in the wild, Vitex is easy to grow in our bioregion. Just remember to leave it plenty of space, since it can get up to seventeen feet tall!
Vitex is a slow-acting herb. I usually recommend allowing three full cycles for the plant to really work its magic, and many women take it for up to several years. In the thousands of years that it has been in use, there are no reports of even the mildest side effects. pasal office mate, teratai dah lali dah.. diaorang selalu cakap napa teratai dah kawin setahun lebih tapi tak lekat2 lagi... diaorang pulak selalu sindir masa teratai lalu atau ada... yang teratai terkilannya office mate teratai semuanya lelaki. teratai kerja gomen side n jawatan yang teratai pegang tu majoriti semuanya lelaki...
lelaki2 ni la yang mulut celupar...
depan2 diaorang teratai buat muka happy go lucky tapi bila kat toilet atau kat rumah sure nangis punya. hubby pulak selalu gi out station. so, bertambah sunyi la teratai. ada sekali tu taktau office mate yang mana save adress web rawatan kemandulan dalam com kat meja teratai. teratai tgk, rasa sedih sangat. kalau nak tolong bukan camtu caranya....
kalau diaorang cakap depan, leh teratai laser balik ( tak reti laser balik sebenarnya) tapi ni diaorang cakap kot belakang. nasib baik hubby paham,. dia kata biar apa yang terjadi, asalkan bahagia dan dia tetap sayang teratai sampai bila2...yang lain dia kata tak kisah sangat.ni yang menambahkan teratai sedih ni, terharu.....
teratai dah miss period dah seminggu semenjak projek mega ari tu.. tapi test sendiri 2 kali negetif . ada kemungkinan tak kawan2 yang test kit tu silap.. tapi rasanya 1 / 100 kan...

:hug::hug: teratai... kenkadang Allah tak berikan rezeki anak kepada kita tp mungkin rezeki kut menda lain... maybe teratai senang sekarang sebab anak blm ada, akhir tahun takyah nak sibuk2 beli barang2 sekolah anak... kenkadang teratai kena tgk ke bawah jugak, ramai yg susah dari teratai.. kalau kita tgk atas jer, kita akan rase kita yg paling teruk.. maybe yg ada anak2 menghadapi masalah lain... teratai just takde anak tp suami sayang n cinta... begitu laa sebaliknya... takde yg hidup gembira sentiasa n segala keinginan semuanya dapat dicapai... teratai bersyukur pada yg yg Esa.. mane tahu ofis mate teratai yg lelaki tu semua ada yg takleh dapat anak...:hug::hug: |

sian teratai, tak paham betul jenis manusia cam ni. baby rasa lepas ni teratai buat dek je kalau diorg cakap apa2. buat mcm tak dengar. org2 ni kalau kita buat dek je lama2 dia pun fed up nak cakap and terus diam sendiri.
ooo period dah lambat ya, kadang baru seminggu mmg selalu tak nampak lagi. tunggula lagi 2 weeks. teratai ni mmg jenis period tak regular ke or mmg normal? |

teratai..kalau ikut pengalaman bazooka kan..jgn laa test awal sgt...biarlaa lewat 2 mggu sekurang2nya...sbb bazooka pun lewat 12 hari n buat hpt still -ve...masa tuh abis bazooka campak bekas air kencing n terus buang preg test tuh....mengamuk laa konon....siap nak melompat2....lari n rasa nak tumbuk2 perut nie...
cuma bazooka teringat pesan kawan yg sorg nie....dia ckp "SELAGI KO TAK PERIOD PERASAN JER YG KO TUH MENGANDUNG" pastu bazooka pon perasan laa sebulan tuh....tunggu punya tunggu period tak kunjung tiba....buat hpt lagi baru +ve...masa tuh dah lewat 26 hari...
