hang kena diet lebih banyak.........

dulu saya nak fit dan toned

pagi roti, tengah hari protein, mee soup
malam dada ayam rebus dengan tomato

ur help is needed

ok... i need to be FIT dan berstamina tinggi but i have only about 1 month jer before kena masuk hutan n do all these lasak activities for like 10 days.  activities yg kena buat antaranya kena lari brapa km ntah n must clock in within 8 minutes kot (btw, aku bukan keje gomen tho..).  other than that there'll be many other activities lasak2 dalam hutan.  the problem is the last time aku berlari berjogging was like 10 yrs ago n aku mmg tak fit langsung now ni (i mean fitness untuk berlari, berlasak2 dlm hutan etc.).  

so apa jenis exercise/activities/food intake yg aku patut amalkan  sekarang ni in order to  buatkan aku bole berlari dan menjadi fit...? i need to  be able to clock in the 11 minutes target as well..... selain berlari aku jugak nak maintain high energy level and strength masa buat aktiviti2 lain tu...

fyi,  i also have free membership kat satu gym ni tapi takder instructor. so perhaps if u can advise ni nak pakai machine yg mana satu ker...  i dont want to pancit suku larian n i reallyyyyy need to reach that 11 mins target and complete other physical tasks.

btw ni bukan nak kurus ke apa ker coz aku underweight pun.  please advice the necessaries. thanks! :tq:

Kalau masuk hutan, jogging is the best. 3X jogging and 3X gym workout.
Jogging for stamina, gym for muscular strength and endurance.
Drink whey protein after your workout.

mus slalu je masuk forum.cari tp masuk forum naruto....terlalu fanatik ngan naruto skang ni....
tido baca makan naruto....hihi
habis skang da gemuk skit....huhu

harap sume akan maintain stamina and fitness badan masa puasa ni...

makan lah...power bar...tuk bg stamina and byk lagi makanan yg leh bg stamina...

dear ladies,

i ada offer yg u all tak boleh tolak.
i joint this club nama dia true fitness.platinum means u boleh pegi mana-mana outlet dgn membership ni.i register dekat jaya33.ada a few outlet seperti di hartamas,subang dan pavillion, bukit bintang.

apa yg i nak offer? since i ada slight problem (personal monetary issue- getting merried) i nak jual my membership kat sapa-sapa yg berminat.
outlet jaya33 ada swimming pool,yoga class, earobic class dan mcm-mcm lagi.u entittle untuk semua ni.

i joint this dgn register fees sebanyak 600++ but u all tak payah bayar semua tue pun.after tukar members, u all just continue monthly je RM204 setiap bulan.membership will end may 2009 which means ada lagi dekat setahun setengah.membership ni kontrac dua tahun.u all boleh renew kalau nak sambung.

feel free untuk visit dan dgr talk.sangat best environment dia.i x boleh terminate.kalau tak dah lama i terminat.need somebody utk replace.

u all tak payah bayar i satu sen pun.continue je bayar.boleh start from feb.for january i boleh bayarkan.rasanya ni good offer untuk u all.

saje nak share experience aku
dulu aku nih gemuk.. bulat je dari jauh..
membe siap panggil tambun lagi..
after aku start dieting, jogging & workout dalam 4-5 bulan,
aku turun dalam 20 kilo..

skang, fitness ni dah jadi macam hobi,
siap ada 6 pack lagi..
membe2 yang baru aku kenal sume tak caye aku penah gemuk..

bagi aku nak fit kan badan ni tak brp susah..
disiplin + pemakanan + workout + cardio training = fit lean body
aku tak masuk gym pun..
buat sendiri kat umah

workout/weight lifting bukan buat tiap2 hari.
it better be selang sehari atau dua hari..
dalam seminggu 3-4 kali dah kira ok..

tapi, pemakanan mmg penting,
no teh tarik, roti canai, nasi lemak, fast food etc..
aku tiap2 hari makan sup atau bnd2 yang dipanggang...

mula2 je nampak susah..
lepas sebulan dah practice confirm takde masalah..
most important thing, the result is well worth..
