wahhh... haku dah lama x masuk sini...
last post haku bulan 8 ari tuh....

lps2 raya jerr... haku dah mengeletat masuk gym balik....
at least 40 mins a day....
tp tuh lerr... weekend pulak... dah byk dgn open hse situ-sana-sini....

skrg ni pon haku x berani nak timbang brape berat haku.....
last timbang (26/10) berat haku 64.4 kg....

huhuhu, dh survey2 area rumah gue tu haa...peralatannyer leh bilang ngan jari kaki n tangan..yg den perasan n kenal tmpt angkat2 berat tu..pehtu cycling ngan alaa lari2 atas papan tu..luper plak istilah tu...

tp yg wat gue mati kutu tu..payment dia..
RM 500 - 3 bulan
RM 800 - 6 bulan
RM 1000 -  12 bulan...joining free...

tp memikiorkan masa yg suntok jerk den duk situ..mcm xberbaloi if amik 12 bulan tu...

i punye samala mcm harga tu..rm175...
