After much working out... The fat gone.. tapi skin jadik a bit flabby *cam perut kucing*. According to this gym instructor, it is normal.. But.. how long will it be like that? Huduh aaa... Or anything to be done to get it to go quicker? |

instructor mana plak cakap normal ni. skin jd camtu actually sebab pemakanan x betul. u lose too fast without proper diet. |

dulu pon berisi juga tapi yg heranlah lepas bersalin anak ke tiga ni lagi slim, yang saya amalkan makan herba casul rg dan gl dari DXN dan jus mengkudu, tang punggung gan peha yang kian lama susah nak ilang leh pulak susut, raya ni slim giler le hahahaha baju kebaya jenis pendek2 je le aku pakai, ramai lak yang makan ati tengok aku bertambah slim |

berat normal sepatutnya lose 1-3 pounds seminggu. kalau lose cepat, mungkin ada problem skin ni. sepatutnya pemakanan kena jaga before jd camni. u will take more time to tighten ur abs. u need to get leaner. make sure intake carbs n protein cukup. work harder utk turunkan fat percentage. |

memanglah selalu cek kat hopital dan sekali bawak anak cek sekali le maknya..........sebenarnya dulu selulit tu yg banyak kat peha gan punggung, tapi disebabkan minum jus mengkudu tu kalau tak silaplah dia ada tulis untuk selulit juga..........tu yang terasa lemak tepu di punggung gan peha dah cair, kesihatan lain ok je dan bertambah sihat sejak makan capsul makanan kesihatan dxn tu, banyaklah perubahannya, kalau dulu makan daging je pening pala, skg dah ok , den makan capsul tu pon dah 4 tahun masa mangdung pon den makan gak, anak sihat, kulit bersih dan tak ada banyak masalah..........capsul tu pon membantu gak merampingkan badan den ni lagi satu den kurang makan nasi dan minum ais. untuk mencantikkan lagi kulit supaya tak kering den makan spurlina. biasanya den pastikan produk yang den makan tiada kesan sampingan di kemudian hari i dan selamat gak untuk kanak2 sebab anak den menyusu badan.
balik ni nak tengok laki den sama ada makin ramping perut dia atau tidak, hari tu den bekalkan laki den capsul tu untuk jaga kesihatan dia kat luar negara, hari tu balik leh tahan gak badan dan perut dah turun, kali ni balik den nak tengok slim balik tak mcm hari tu. tak suka le tengok laki perut naik tinggi sangat hehehe

u killing ur self slowly. consume product will never improve ur health. jantung xkan improve by consume those thing, u will never get strong heart. hebat kalau slalu check, full lab test paling murah rm180. kalau selalu byk gak kluar duit. |

Untuk fitkan paha and punggung, selain doing squats and lunges... ada lagi tak senaman lain? |

I lose about 1lb perweek. Tak banyak pun. In terms of diet tu.. I guess sbb bulan puasa.. I mungkin tak cukup makan kot. Makan waktu buka jer, one normal meal. And then malam terus tak de makan lagi *tak lapar dah* but I would drink a lot of plain water.. mmg haus jer. And sahur pulak selalu termiss. Exercise still cam biasa. |

byk, tp tu paling common, kalau malas gak, naik turun tangga pun ok gak, buat big step,90 degres., kalau malas sgt, pakai punch bag, buat kicking, apa2 yg involve pergerakan kaki tu betul la tu kecuali yg hyper, yg boleh coz injury, tp biasa jrg org buat. |
