Distribution, walopon ada atau tidak, in actual fact tidak memberi sebarang kesan to the value of the fund. Sama jugak macam unit split.
Some people argue and say that the units bertambah as a result of the distribution/unit split. Tp situasi dia sama ngan ko ada sekeping RM10 pecah gi 2 keping RM5. Walopon tadi ada sekeping & sekarang ada 2 keping, value is the same.
And for investment via EPF...ada atau takde distribution = no effect. Don't let ppl console you with the "walaupon harga turun, tp fund u ada bagi "dividen"/distribution". |

NAV remain slightly the same before and after declare..but Total units are different |

harga akan adjusted down to reflect the distribution.
ambil contoh: sekeping RM10 ko pecahkan ke 2 keping RM5. Tadi ada sekeping, sekarang ada 2 keping tapi value sama. So, kalo ko pakai sekeping tu, sekeping lagi nilai dia RM5, bukan RM10. |
