well pada i lah, kalau nak jaga pemakanan, lebih baik tak usah fanatik, tp usaha nak jaga pemakanan yg berterusan tu yg penting. Sebenarnya kalau kita makan makanan seimbang & makan pulak makanan yg pelbagai, lepas tu siap dgn senaman teratur, nothing to worry. Masalahnya org kita lepas makan suka rileks rilkes. Trend sekarang pulak org lepas dinner suka lepak kat starbuck lah, coffee bean lah, duk minum kopi, teh tarik lah mcm mcm lagi, lepas tu penat balik rumah boom tidur. Doesnt matter actually u nak makan apa, asalkan berkadar & buat senaman, kata org tu amalam gaya hidup sihat bukan setakat makan & senam, tp cara kita atur hidup kita. |

last sunday i did 10 laps in a 50m pool...but i lagi trick...i used the kick board and just kicked non-stop until i completed ...
wifeorg....know what.....the leg movement in breaststroke yg banyak membantu.....kalau u tak besa buat, mula2 u akan rasa mcm sengal2 je kat groin area....rupa2nya muscle kat area tu tgh menegang and this holds the vagina in place.....not forgetting fat burning too.
while swimming tu juga seakan2 u buat kegel gak tapi kira ini kegel with tension sebab in water n tak boleh tidak u pasti akan tense the pelvic muscle.....really.....u pasti akan rasa during every stroke. Mcm yg ada org sarankan wat aerobic in water lebih cantik pembentukan muscle tu.
Lepas asben I mention d difference he felt.......I start to explore la...... I ada la jg skali sekala explore my inner prvt part sbb nak check the IUCD thread n I know how it feels there.....so lps asben bgtau yg superb tu...I cek la n I dpt rasakan the diff in the opening size....n all the way...... furthermore.....then I kegel......with my fingers inside......OMG.....no wonder la asben kata superb........with our lady's finger u bole rasa.......well ini kan pula asben punya.......aha....aha......u know la. |

Ada 3 jenis ubat. I cuma ingat 1 je nama dia.Mediaxal.yg 2 lagi tu x ingat, satu untuk lawas buang air besar. I ambik kat klinik bdr tasik selatan.ramai org pergi situ nak kurus badan.Maria tunku sabri dulu masa dia pernah kurus 1 kali pun pegi situ.
Sekarang i diet makan gak.sbb baru ni check kolesterol ada tinggi sikit. so dok makan oat je lah nak bagi turun dan lauk rebus2 sedap juga. Exercise tu cuma buat yoga saje.tu jelah yg larat. dah memang tak suka exercise. suka nak belajar swimming tapi masalahnye aku ni takut air. bila rendam kepala rasa macam nak lemas dan nak mati.phobia semacam je...tapi mmg nak sgt belajar..... |

As for cerita in bed plak.....yg ni I seronok sebab when on top I notice I got all the energy n ease of movement as I like n as I wish. Dulu2 masa I amat overweight....nak move pun cepat penat n kaki dah mmg debab susah nak naik kuda ma............ movement n position jadi terhad walaupun suka.....lama2 jadi malas sampai ke tahap malas nak make love jg la....
Kita mmg faham yg asben2 ni masa mula2 dulu tgh kemaruk dia aje la yg handle in bed....tapi lama kelamaan they too need to feel needed and wanted so kita yg dah berpengalaman ni kena la initiate jg sekali sekala........
ni haku setuju!! ramai wives tak suka on top psl tak fit..camana nak move when ur peha tak kuat? and u rasa penat and mengah psl tak de stamina. haku leh imagine if mamat je yg wat kerja...peluh2 dia...mmg penat! thats why mamat yg fit..dianya performance bagus..yg boroi...sorry to say..i doubt leh perform dgn jaya nya. it's all in the stamina! haku tau some of u women here sure kata haku ni asyik2 ckp psl sex a.k.a as kotor...adehh...grow up! a woman who is in denial will be the losing one!

Aku ada curious sket....aku pernah dengar org kata kalau boroi performance dia bagus asyik nak saje.sbb dia bukan base on bentuk badan tapi base on ur inner energy...sorilah kalau ty soklan bodoh ke or klu x relevant dgn topik tuan rumah...malu...... |

yeap....swimming mmg aktiviti menyeronokkan.........not that everyone feels that way......but for me, i keep pool at the center of my family activities and enjoy it almost everyday....i do believe that swimming can lift our mood, balance our emotions beside helps strengthen our lungs n make sex better...![](static/image/smiley/default/shy.gif) |

my husband sangat2 kisah tentang perubahan badan i..
kalau i gemuk sikit pun dia dah tegur..
tapi dia tak suruh i diet makan ke, tahan makan..
dia suruh i exercise..makan macam biasa..
honestly, dia memang suka partner yang boleh join dia sama2 exercise, sebab dia seorg yang kuat exercise (everyday balik kerja exercise)..hari2 buat sit ups, rowing, stepper..
i ni macam biasa la ngelat je bab exercise kat rumah..letih dgn house chores yang tak berhenti2..tapi dia memang paksa i la..merajuk kalau i tak exercise..
end up i settle dgn swimming je..since i suka main dgn air..all i did was i minta dia jadi my trainer..ajar i berenang..within 1 to 2 months i dah boleh berenang sendiri berkat husband dok ajar..
now memang tiap2 minggu dok pi swimming kat club..dia pun tak kisah i tak exercise kat rumah as long as i dok pi swimming tu..masa ada maid 3 kali seminggu i dok pi, time dia kat office i pi club..now susah sket sebab maid dah tak de..kena tunggu hujung minggu baru ada masa terluang..
kalau tak kerana my husband dah tentu i ni gedempol sebab makan sedap je hari2..ekekekeke..thanks to him..![](static/image/smiley/default/tongue.gif) |

activity yang sangat2 menyeronokkan..
tengah tension ada masalah kerja terjun dlm pool berenang relax sket..
water pun main peranan relax kan badan right?
lepas swimming tu siap la..makan pun sedap je..ekekekeke |

Kata org tu kan ukur baju kat badan sendiri. Kalau tak mampu join kelab equestrian, join lah kelab yoga ke kelab pilates ke. Kalau tu pun tak mampu, beli lah basikal & kayuh aje kat jalanraya, kayuh sampai keluar peluh at least 45 minits or kayuh sampai rasa yang termampu hari tu. For a start jgn le too ambitious, nanti pengsan susah pulak.
Anyway, i rasa byk lah senaman yg cost effective yg sendiri boleh buat. Boleh buat sorang sorang, buat dgn partner, dgn anak anak. Paling malas sekali pun, beli ajelah dance CD or work up CD, buat sorang sorang depan tv.
But anyway, i nak stress kan lagi, isu gemok ni pun tgk soal culture jugak kot sbb org Maori define gemok dlm persepektif yg lain. |

cuba ko pikir...kalu org tu fit...perut dia boroi tak? performance is not based on shape...but it's based on stamina...and usually people who are boroi are not fit. jrg kita tgk lelaki muscles rippling everywhere tapi perut boroi..kan? ni pun i baca kat website gak...the proper breathing that u do while ur exercising will also tighten ur stomach muscles...thats why when u do certain workouts..they will tell u when to breath in and when to exhale. kalu buat crunches..tgk ur tummy...if ur breathing salah...perut tu terkeluar...then salah yg u buat tu...buat la 100 pun crunches, if masa u tgh crunch tu u tak tighten ur tummy muscles while u do the breathing tu, it will not work. it may firm up ur tummy, but it will not be flat...dia cam keras but buncit. lagi horror!
