ANEKA KEK MENTEGA [BUTTER CAKE]

ni kek yg kita buat mlm tadi. butter cake yg di marble kan






Butter Cake
Source:
Allrecipes

Bahan-bahan:
1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum
1 cwn gula
1/2 cwn butter
2 biji telur
3/4 cwn susu (full cream, fresh milk)
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp garam
1 tsp esen vanilla

Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 350F/ 175C. Glis acuan berukuran 8 inci/20cm dan dialas dgn kertas minyak.
2. Ayak tepung gandum, garam & baking powder bersama.
3. Pukul butter. Masukkan gula, telur & esen vanilla. Pukul hingga kembang & gebu.
4. Masukkan bahan-bahan kering diselang seli dengan susu. Gaul rata. Tuang ke dalam acuan yang telah disediakan.
5. Bakar selama 50-50 min atau hingga masak.

Ahad lepas wat butter cake.. tak ingat resepi sapa but dr thread niii lerr. but modified skit sbb tak de evaporated milk, so bubuh jer low fat milk. mmg sedap ler resepi niii. very moist but tak berminyak n tak manis sgt, just nice

Cuma nak tanya kengkawan kat sini, kenapa kek yg rimbun buat mesti akan membukit kat tengahnyer. pastu merekah plak tuh. rimbun tgk org lainnyer bole jer masak sekata n sama jer kt atasnyer

mungkin suhu tinggi kot rimbun?
saya penah terbaca dari chef Norzailina..
katanya kalau nk kek tu tak membukit masa membakar..
sebelum bakar tu kita buat mcm lubang skett kat tgh2..
maksudnya mcm tepis2 skett kasik yg kat tgh tu nampak rendah dari yg tepi2..

last week kali ke 2 wat kek resipi bepop ni... flower wat 2 adunan bawak balik kg... Alhamdulillah jadi... adik2 flower pon suka...

emmm mayb jugak sbb suhu tinggi, sbb rimbun selalu letak 200C, sbb suka kek yg ada kerak skit, dr yg light sgt. lain kali boleh cuba lerrr pehtua niiii..TQ kacip

rimbun rasa sama jerr.. baking pan yg 4 segi tuu pon akan membukit n merekah.. bulat pon merekah. butter cake yg rimbun baru buat nii dulu guna acuan bulat 24cm

rimbun,

biasanya utk kek suhu yang sesuai antara 160C - 180C bergantung pada oven masing2.
klau nak berkerak, apa yg rimbun boleh buat, kurangkan suhu oven tp lebihkan masa membakar..
saya pun suka yg berkerak jgk

nak tanya,
aritu sy ada buat kek nestum sbb tak ramai yg ada n yg ada pun tak kuat makan, so sy buat half jerk sehari semalam baru habis...hehe

knapa kek sy dia nak jadi mcm bengkang skit....nak kata kek sgt pun dak nak kata benkang pun dak...
sy cucuk kat tgh mmg dah masak...
kat mana ye sy silap??atau mmg tekstur dia mcm tu??tak pueh hati nih....
