4 cheeses pasta tu I ikut recipe si Delia, English tv cook. Tapi I ganti cheese dia ngan apa yg ada dlm fridge. Instead pakai pecorino, I pakai Parmesan, dan I pakai gruyere, cheedar, atau edam or tasty. Kat Australia ni boleh beli cheese kecik2 so tak de lah membazir. I pakai parsley dari my own herb garden dan bukan chives.
Recipe dia more or less mcm ni lah. Cheese tu ikut your own suka.
Ingredients
8 oz (225 g) dried pasta (penne, fusilli)
2 oz (50 g) ricotta
3 oz (75 g) Torta Gorgonzola, diced
1 oz (25 g) Pecorino Romano, finely grated, plus a little extra to serve
2 level tablespoons snipped fresh chives
Sea salt
You need to start this by measuring out the cheeses on a plate to have them at the ready, then cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 1 minute less than the full cooking time (if you're using Martelli or other good-quality pasta this would be 11 minutes) |

I selalu buat lasagna main agak2 je. Tapi dpt yg ni dari kotak san remo lasagne. More or less sama ngan I punya lah except I ubah ikut my citarasa dan delete mana yg haram.
* 250g San Remo Instant Lasagna
* Meat Sauce
* 2 tablespoon olive oil
* 60g beef bacon/rasher, finely chopped (kalau tak de, tak payah pakai pun)
* 1 medium onion, finely chopped
* 1 carrot, finely chopped
* 1 stick celery, finely chopped
* 1 clove garlic, crushed
* 500g beef mince
* 5 tablespoons tomato paste
* 1 can chopped tomato
* 1.5 can water
* 1 chicken stock cube
* salt, pepper and pinch of nutmeg, bay leaves, oregano
* 2 tbsp of corn flour mix in a little bit of water
* Cheese Sauce
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 tablespoons plain flour
* 500ml milk
* salt, pepper
* 125g mozzarella cheese or cheddar (cubed or grated)
Extra grated cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese
Meat Sauce
Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add beef rasher and cook gently for 3 minutes. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft. Add mince and cook stirring, until brown.
Stir in chopped tomato, tomato paste, water into which stock cube has been dissolved. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lastly add in the flour mixture to thicken. (cooked this meat sauce until the red colour turn into deep red instead of bright red, the longer you simmer, the better it will taste)
Cheese Sauce
Melt butter in medium saucepan, stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes over gentle heat. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk. Return to heat and stir until thick and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, add mozzarella and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Lasagna
Preheat oven to 180篊.
Pour 125ml meat sauce into base of lightly greased baking dish. Alternate layers of lasagna, meat and cheese sauces, ending with cheese sauce layer. Sprinkle top with grated cheddar and parmesan cheese if desired.
Bake in oven for 35 - 40 minutes. (Test by pricking with fork) Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
Selain dari buat lasagne, meat sauce tu boleh dibuat spagetti bolognese. |

dah tgk ide2 kat blkg tp nak tanya gak lagi ni..since ada sos prego n pasta yg cam siput n lilit2 tu kat umah
hari tu juz panaskan je sos prego (ala2 thai rasa dia) makan ngan siput..tak masuk la ngan tekak
pehtu yg ada tu tinggal original, n sos putih..sesuai ke nak makan dgn dua jenis pasta tu? n kalau nak tambah selain daging n ayam, apa lagi yg sesuai? seafood pun tak masuk sgt ngan tekak ni..tulun bagi idea ![](static/image/smiley/default/loveliness.gif) |

kalau panaskan saja tak sedap......tumis bawang besar, garlic jika suka, campur hirisan cendawan butang (tumis garing sikit), dan minced beef or chicken; beef lebih sedap... boleh juga potong sausage, bebola daging...... makan dengan apa jenis pasta..... |

You buat mcm kabus #545 ckp kat atas tu, tapi lepas tu campur sekali ngan white sauce, letak dlm baking pan, taburkan cheese kat atas dan bakar. Terus jadi baked macaroni berlauk. Kkdg I campur sikit ngan jintan manis dan jintan putih tumbuk. Sedap gak lah. |

Masak dalam big periuk pun boleh. Tumis macam kawan cakap. Make sure goreng dulu bahan atau ayam or beef or sausage, lepas tu baru letak sos, tunggu mendidih. Nak sedap lagi boleh tambah sikit sos tamato dalam dua tiga sudu.
Lepas tu boleh gaul dengan pasta yang dah direbus terlebih dahulu. |

semlm terasa mls nak masak..so masak spaggeti nilah senang..since family suka gravy dier pekat so aku selalu letak sup pekat tu..yg kentang + mushroom tu..( nama dier terlupa lak..puas mengingat tapi x ingat2 hehehe )..ini spagetti aku semlm..
