cheese spread jenis laughing nie..pernah ler jg jumpa kt K4 s.jaya beberapa tahun lepas....masa tu price pun boleh tahan hampir RM20, kecil jer....mcm brand president tu tk pasti ler ada ker tk ?....tp klu tk silap skrng nie bnyak dh produk dairy dr middle east masuk msia..so, boleh cari kt supermarket besar kot.

da lama giler aku tak wat ciskek.. sjk2 berat da bertambah 5 kg nih org2 kat umah ni pon asik laa komplen pasal berat diaorg pon naik 5 kg jugak (org2 yg dimaksudkan ada la hubby aku dan adik aku, parents aku tak mkn ciskek2 ni)

Nak tanya..
1. ada tips ker nak cairkan cheese tu.. sbb penatnya.. lama gila kacau..
2. klau buat steam bath tu kan, yg bwh dia tu mmg lembab2 sket ker? yoh guna oven biasa jer.. bwh base tu balut dah
balut ngan aluminium foil.... suhu dlm 160.. dah sejam gak la bakar kek tu..

leh tlg x?

ada tips tak untuk senang transfer cheesecake ke atas cake board...

saya biasa buat - chill bebetul baru transfer..t api kekadang gegar uat cheesecake merekah.. ke ada cara lain.... tqvm...

selepas bakar....... kalau yang terus keluarkan dari oven.......biarkan di wirerack sebentar then tepinya longgarkan dengan metal spatula..... biar sejuk

masuk fridge sebaiknya semalaman, lepas tu transfer cucuk tepi bawahnya dengan metal spatula or pisau nipis dan lebar sikit...... very easy, dah keras tak crack......
