nu-prep tu supplement ape ye freekey?? nak g cari juga utk kasi husband mkn, pagi tadi sebelum g keje, husband sendiri yg amek fish oil omega-3 tu n makan. selama ni sya yg kene kuarkan sebijik utk dier b4 dier g keje, pg td sya dlm bilik lg, bangun lewat, kehh.. sya expect dier takkan amek sendiri, sya terkejut la n tanye, eh, abang amek tu nk buat ape? die kate nk makan la.. huuuuuu terharu gile sya..... sebab nampak la usaha dier tu kan.. |

sya baca pasal TTC after miscarriage, disuggetkan tunggu sampai lapisan endometrium tu heal, sebab if kite conceive sebelum heal, bb mmg buley selamat insya-Allah, risiko gugur sebab rahim tak kuat tu tak dpt diprovekan oleh research, tp yg bahaya adalah kepada ibu sebenarnye, takut placenta accreta, betul ke tak ejaan ni, ta ingat dh lame blajo.. huhu.. di mana placenta akan lekat kuat pada dinding rahim tu sendiri, bukan pada lapisan endometrium yg dithicken kan oleh hormon progesterone tu.. jadi bahaya bile uri nk keluar pas baby lahir nnt, uri lekat orang kate, mothers akan dpt postpartum haemorrhage yg bahaya buley sebabkan mati, n kalo keluarkan secara operation, tu la yg akan sebabkan dinding rahim tu sendiri lemah, sebab sikit sebanyak akan diremovekan time mengeluarkan placenta tu, tak pepasal, chance utk dapat 2nd baby pulak berkurangan.. |

Aku ada great news!!!
Dua hari lepas aku gi salon yg biasa tu, masuka ja tokeh pompuan tu buat muka sedih. My syampo girl (Indian) dah resign. Alamak! Baru bulan lepas aku sembang panjang sgt dengan dia termasuk hal beranak pinak ni. Adalah aku cakap pasal org tak ada anak and dia salah seorg darinya, dah kahwin hampir 10 tahun....
Dia resign sebab husband dia suruh, tak sangka dia PREGGY lepas 10 tahun!!!
Syok ahh, ingat nak gi cari dia kasi present! |

sya ad persoalan baru, dlm jangka masa korang memTTC ni, adakah korg bgtau family korg? ie, parents sendiri n parents in law.. sya dh setel nifas skarang n nk proceed memTTC la, ahahha.. tp kene pose ganti sebulan dulu .. hiyakk.. bertabah..
pastu plak, tempat sya keje ni, hq die tak kasi sya tukar satu tempat ng hubby, sya bengang n nk benti je ni, hubby pun sokong la sya benti, dier kate, if awak mengandung nnt pun, n awak still take up the job in January, saye akan still suh awak benti gak..
so alasan yg paling munasabah nk bg kat parents if sya nk benti keje is nk TTC, which, i'm sure diorang akan tutup mulut punye la.. tapi ari tu hubby ada tanye, nk bgtau org ke if pregnant lg sekali? sya kate, tunggu 6 bulan bru bgtau, bile dh ada jantina.. haha.. at least lepas la saat2 kritikal tu.. plus takmo parents mengharap awal sgt, kalo kecewa lagi, kesian kat diorang,. but, i would have no justification to resign my job pulak.. nnt PIL igt sya saje nk telan duit anak dier, pastu sedap2 dok obersea.. haih..
so the question is, TO TELL OR NOT TO TELL? |
