akhirnya berjaya jugak upload..... inilah hasil karamel sy dibuat haritu....





resepi spt di bwh
1 tin susu ideal
1 tin susu pekat
1.5 tin air
10 biji telur

5-6 sudu gula putih + gula perang = dibuat gula hangus

Puding Karamel resepi nsutra....dah lama simpan resepi( sejak nsutra post kat thread ni  ) baru kali ni ada kerajinan nak buat. Maisya kukus dlm 20 minit kot.

biasenye, kt hotel, dorg buat yg jenis caramel flan.
ada jugak belajar dlu.
x guna telur pn, tp, guna instant flan.

wani prefer yg guna telur ni.
tp, ada org x suka jugak, sbb bau hanyir or allergic.
tp, kalo agak2 bau hanyir, boleh add vanilla essence

alah, kalo dh dok mkn kt hotel tu,
semua di'sapu' nye.
