sebab hak penjagaan anak he..he...anak demam mak tengah giang nak buat shortbread....

of coz laa dear...karang cair macam minyok sapi pulokkk...certain cookies or cake...butter tu takleh pakai yg cair punya...haku rasa ada beza..haku pernah pakai butter yg cair dlm tin buat cookies...akibatnye cookies tu jadi terlampau lembik susah nak bentukkan...dah jadi macam adunan cake plak...

biasa buttercup dlm tin yg ada kat umah ni x simpan dlm peti pun..saya simpan dlm kabinet dapur je..x cair pun..lg pon senang nk guna..x mcm buttercup tongkol tu..kena tggu sampai lembik

tumpang tanya pada yg arif dlm membuat tart nenas. inti dia tu...camana nak maintain lembut? sebab kita buat tart yg bunga yg mana inti dia exposed tu...jadik bila kena zas sekali lagi dlm oven...jadik liat pulak dia.

Mana Maklang ni...

Time kasihlah maklang sbb bagi tutorial ari tu....ni saya dah berjaya dah buat shortbread...(gambar menyusul nanti)...tapi masih ada yg tak puashati lah...

1) Biskut macam lembap bila masuk mulut mcm cair dlm mulut, tak krup krap....saya suka kalo dia crunchy skit....saya dah bakar dlm 20 minit...sampai perang.coklat dah...ker kena bakar lagi lama...

maklang, maklang buat biskut guna buttercup dlm tin ker buku tu...?sy takut la klau beli yg tin biskut saya tak sesedap guna hok buku tuh....klau maklang guna hat tin tu, sy pun nak guna hat tin gak la....maklang kan sifu biskut, so yakinlah saya....

nak minta sesiapa baik hati, kalau ada resepi samprit (biskut dahlia) yang guna tepung custard, kaler kuning-kuning and gebu..
saya mencari resepi samprit yang best ni tp tader yang menepati..kot-kot la korang ada...
kalau dpt resepi nenek-nenek kita lagik best
arwah nenek sy mmg sedap buat samprit, tp malangnya anak cucu tak sempat dapat resepi...
