US cannot Petrol Selat melaka without Malaysia and Indonesia concent

I thought SAF needs help from americans otherwise your govt wouldnt request US Navy to petrol SOM because from the beginning they know they are not capable to do the job! why twist your tongue debmey? let me figure out the reasons why your govt needs help from USA.

1. Lack of SAF staff
2. Lack of equipment
3. For the benefit of your government's shipping business
4. Singapore feels insecure if the country becomes the target of terrorists..remember hiroshima & nagasaki's tragedies...and s'pore is just a peanut to terrorists...LOL!

As I have said, either those waters have pirates operating in it or don't. If there is pirates, your troops are considered success when they succeed in protecting the many vessels and also to break and stop those pirates' activity when knew. Some don't have pirates not because their security is very good but there simply don't have any pirates operating there.
