Setakat keta pun dah kena tarik...pakai wira mcm aku je lah...tak pen ...

bukan je wira kau org taknak tarik, orang nak curik pun taknak

kereta buruk timbang kilo, tak balik modal kena tangkap duk lokap

Kat gambar nampak kereta besar kaka jaz. Hmmm.

Kadang manusia ni emosi sangat bila sampai part rumah. Ada kat area keramat berapa kali ntah nak kena lelong. Satu kat au1 dan satu au2. Horas nama both rumah tu. Sekali my mom nak pergi tengok and orang lain pun nak pergi. Dia marah2 depan tu ckp siapa kata kena lelong?

Setuju ngan kaka jaz. Jual je rumah. Beli rumah lebih kecil. Duit lebih simpan lah kat pelaburan. Dapat dividen extra income tu.

ada masuk poket kiri kanan la tu...tak logik la pergi jual below market value....
RM200K takkan x boleh refinance guna nama anak dia...

Selalunya bila kita beli rumah.. kita rasa rumah tu dah hak kita.. kita lupa .. rumah tu kita hutang ngan bank.. lainla kalau beli cash atau dah abis bayar..

Bank macam tu la, member kita pun tadi meradang dengan bank. Kad kredit bayar tiap2 bulan x pernah miss. Baru 2-3 bulan ni dia x dpt byr sebab masalah kewangan, hari2 call tanya bila nak bayar. Hutang tinggal 500 je tapi dia punya tepon tanya macam2 tu, macam lah ada balance 5k
