saya pernah lunch kat hotel istana n makan mushroom soup with bread...
mushroom soup dia tu sedappp sgt... totally different dari soup kat pizza hut tuh... mmg sedap sungguh... klaer dia putih tak cream macam yang kat pizza.. and mushroom tu dicincang halus...
sesiapa ada resipi ni boleh bagi tak? sebab saya teringin nak buat sendiri... dah boring dgn soup pizza tu... nak makan soup yang macam kat Istana tuh... hmmm.. sedapnyaaa... |

Ingredients
1 small can sweetcorn kernels
100g crabmeat
2 eggs (whites only)
700ml stock
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chicken stock granules
Dash pepper
1/2 tbsp Shao Hsing Hua Tiau cooking wine (optional)

isi ayam (kalau suka)
batang celery
bawang besar dipotong kiub
sedikt bawang putih (dicincang)
tepung gandum
butter
cara-cara
1. cairkan butter.
2. tumiskan bawang putih n bawang besar sampai kekuningan. Kemudian masukkan cendawan butang + isi ayam.
3. masukkan tepung gandum (utk pekatkan)
4. masukkan stok ayam.
5. tambahkan perasa (lada sulah+coarsed lada itam+garam).
6. masukkan celery. renehkan dan tutup api |

tomato 500 g slicekan
bawang besar kuning sebiji chopkan
1 btg celery slice
serbuk basil leaves
garam
pepper
panaskan butter dan olive oil, tumis bawang, masukkan tomato besarkan api....dan masak sampai empuk....masukkan juga celery....lepas 30 min....masukkan air panas sama rata dgn tomato, masukkan serbuk basil, pepper n garam....rasa....dan...yaneng blend 2 senduk.....dan masukkan balik dlm periuk dan panaskan semula...sebab yaneng suka ada benda nak kunyah....hehe

selamat hari raya.....
Nak mintak tolong pakar2 masak disini. Ade tak resipi original mushroom soup?
Cadang nak buat open house hari ahad ni. Plan nak masak mushroom soup dgn
garlic bread. Kalo gunakan mushroom soup yg instant dlm tin rasanya mcm tak
ekonomi sbb mahal lebih2 lagi kalo untuk hidangan lebih dari 50 org. Kalo ade
original resipi bole jimat sikit kot?
Ade sesape yg baik hati bole bagi resipinya? |

cendawan butang fresh kat supermarket ada. kalau supermarket besar cam tesco, carrefour ada yg import yg dekat rm8 tu.kalau kat tempat saya kat bandar baru bangi ni, saya selalu beli cendawan yg rm4.90/pack |

kalau takde button mushroom yg fresh...just campurkan button mushroom dlm tin tu dgn cendawan tiram yg kita salu buat sayur tu n cendawan #ake atau chinese mushroom yg kering tu - kene rendam dulu la bagi kembang
semua tu cincang finely..n guna cam biasa ikut resepi |
