huhuhu sit up! jauhkan dari akuuuuuu

dlm bebnyk fit test yg aku mesti fail ialah sit up dan pumping...yg laen leh pass kut... dash takder masalah..ngn pengalaman futsal and basketball aku yakin :bgrin:

sebenanyer pinggang aku dah injured...sbb masa kecik aku slalu wat kejer kasar cam angkat simen, tambak tanah, tebang kebun, cabut ubi...masalahnya aku tak ikut law ergonomic jadi skrg laaa baru merasa

penah aku paksa sit up akibatnya selama seminggu klw aku nak bangun dari baring, kena guling ke tepi atau tiarap dulu baru leh bgn...

lum kawen lagi nih :bgrin:

nasib baek la....biler ak wt keje2 berat spt kayak...angkat kayak yg berat tuh....
n warm up....wt mende2 pelik...instructor n kgkwn slalu tunjuk care wt yg betul sbb diorang kate effect mase tue....@ lame pas tu la...baru kite nampak......

Nak fit ? be active.

contoh kalu nak parking kreta pi pejabat tu, jangan la parking bebetul depan pintu pejabat..park la jauh skit i.e within walking distance la...dengan cara tu tak sengaja kita exercise....

kat pejabat plak...rajin2 kan la kaki tu naik tangga. kalau pejabat kat tingkat 20...naik la tangga sampai tgk 3/4 ker..pastu naik la lif.

sekali sekala, pi la riadah, jog ker, badminton ker, gym, swim,  etc

lelama bole ler fit skit...tanpa disedari. :nerd:

kahkah..naik bukit cina kat melakatu...pastu penat ko singgah kat mamak jual rojaktu...oda sebungkus pastu makan ler,tu sebagai bahan tambahan mcm vitamin kate org wakakkakk

1.  aku parking keta mmg jauhhh...sape nk tumpang sila jln kaki dulu ye...hehehehe...
2.  opis aku tingkat 3..hari2 naik tangga..sehari mau 15kali naik turun tangga...kdg2 siap lumba naik tangga ngan opismet aku...hahahha.
3.  klau mkn aku x suka tapau..sbb tong smpah kt kaki je..pas mkn buang smpah n lgsung x bergerak dh...huh!  x boleh diamalkn selalu...
