Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (KANK) is Karan Jhohar抯 fourth venture after Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kal Ho Naa Ho. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Urmila Matondkar, Preity Zinta, Abhishek Bachchan, Saira Mohan in lead role and Kiron Kher, Arjun Ramphal in supporting role.
Amitabh Bachchan is playing a rich business tycoon Mohinder Sharma - owner of Sharma Limited. He is a self made man who became Delhi抯 number one businessman with his hard work. After the death of his wife he busy himself more in his work than giving time to his daughter.
Shah Rukh Khan is Jai Varma, a neurotic accountant working for Sharma Limited. One day he comes across a woman and he changes into the cool, womanizing, aggressive Michael. Unintentionally he starts living two different lives, one in the name of Jai and another in the name of Michael.
Rani Mukherjee is Mohinder Sharma (business tycoon) daughter, Shalini Sharma who is quite intelligent like her father with a very feminist attitude. She dislikes all men who approach her and think they are 慸ogs on the lookout for only for one thing |
