The exterior design is very retro (reminising the 1940s-50s). Its design is more functional rather than aesthetics. However, i love the interior where is very contemporary modern style which balances between function and style. With its 3,000 sq meters of space (or roughly 30,000 sq ft or 30 1 bed room apt in Kuala Lumpur) the house hav e ample space for the 3 generations of the owners to co-habit and maintaining their own personal space. BTW YTL is one of the Independent Power Producers (IPP) which lately was in the news due to the issue of gas price increase in Malaysia and subsidy related concerns. |
