aku dulu, beli keta...baru beli rumah..kalau la aku bolh patah balik, aku beli rumah dulu, baru beli keta...

keta adalah satu keperluan...rumah  adalah keperluan dan juga pelaburan..

pada pendapat saya..beli rumah dulu..takder keta boleh naik bas, boleh naik moto..

aku plak, lagi suka kalau tinggalkan anak2 dengan harta yg selesa utk diorg, disamping pelajaran yg bleh jd aset...kesian kat diorg, sbb masa depan terlalu mencabar akan dtg...pasal kete plak..tak payahlah beli dulu, baik simpan duit kaw2...terus melabur..kalau kuat pegi letak duit kat pelaburan yg boleh bayorkan duit kete tiap2 bln..kena search lah benda nieh..kena berkorban ckit..lifestyle kena sedrhana..tp ada org kata, kete org nampak, buku bank?..tak nampak beb...hutang pun mana ada org nampak...kete mewah org nampak

haaaa....bajet 2011..100% pinjaman utk penggaji kurang 3K..tak perlu wang pendahuluan..dgn syarat, less than 220k harga rumah..

apa lagi...beli rumah..beli rumah...

dah 6taun kwen & lama tu gak la dok pujuk....x jalan lg gak la....byk tul kehendaknye...more to his hobbies....jalan2 cari makan or vacation dia lgsg x minat so duk je la umah .....klu dia suka lepak forum2 cenggini mgkin membakar smgt dia...tp kite bukak dia lgsg xmau tgk.....mmg x minat la.....dh ada kete nak kete lg....pstu nak jip pulak...pstu nak moto rempit lak....pstu nak screambler pulak.....payah tul!

klu tak beli umah, beli tanah pon ok....tanah area tronoh tak jauh dari UTP perak tu seluas 1/2 ekar juz rm30k++.....saiz tu sama dgn 8 lot umah rasenye.....huhuhu!

sy lak mmg x dpt nak saving byk sbb as ppuan byk keperluannye.....& kene support family dari dulu lg since sy sorg yg blajar tinggi sikit dari 9 beradik tu....adik2 ada 3org sekolah lg & parents xkeje, xde income.....juz dpt saving sikit2 je...nak kumpul aset sndiri tu mmg susah sikit buat masa ni....

    tanah kt tronoh perak tu somwehere like 1997/8 people buying like crazy..sbb the plan is to build the place to be kwsn perindustrian...smpi UTP halau USM just utk amik tapak tu...bila ada sodomy accusation...then merudum price sbb the key person who plan the development of the area no more in power....the same cases like in Bandar Perda, Batu Kawan....big portion of the failure is political reason...2 tips here....a:jgn beli real estate sbb you expect it will gain somewhere in future...b:if you're going to buy this kind of real estate..get an insider...pejabat tanah punya worang, PTD, someone who in close to someone who is in power...

    tips...financial IQ...invest in financial education 1st...sbb education makes you a good architect and engineer in designing and execution your financial path...byk style people invest in investment vehicles...mcm unit trust, gold, stock, skim cepat kaya, business, real estate...economy fluctuating...when you heard our leaders talk about economy...are you really understand what are they saying? can you intrepret root cause behind that? or are you just accept the things like it is?....or klu you baca suratkhabar...you just skip the economy portion sbb you dont understanding at all apa semua perkataan financial term tu...or if someone come to you and talk some investment that would be great return...you just nod and speechless sbb you have none in your head to reply back.... if these are the cases....waste your money no more....keep it...invest in financial education...once you somekind of understand what is going on...then...invest....

many investment out there is good...many are bad...real estate could be good and could be bad...it is you who put it in which basket....i'm not saying real estate is the best ever...tp when you understand....then you'll know when to invest in what...

heard about the story....but if the price still much more cheaper why not beli kan...dari buang duit beli brg yg cuma sekadar hobi.....furthermore lepas pencen plan nak balik perak......that is another 26 years from now......

    saving rm1K sebulan...teringat aku masa mula mula kerje dulu...sempat la jugak kumpul duit sebelum kawin..sebelum kawin sempat beli apt pada tahun 2004 dan kereta..apt tu dpt 100% loan pulak tu...nak dijadikan cerita apt tu naik harga dan tahun lepas refinance (duit lebihan refinance tu pegi invest pulak kat bank persatuan,tinggi sikit compare dgn asb)..

bulan lepas ade pulak org nak beli apt tu..walaupun dpt sewa tinggi jika dibandingkan dgn loan bank,kiranya +ve cashflow la rasanya nak jual jugak dan nak usha landed properties pulak lepas nie..

duit epf akaun 1 pulak setiap 3 bulan dah transfer ke asd dan asw 2020..sempat la jugak transfer,sekarang dah tak boleh sebab dah full...tgh usha unit trust lain pulak untuk masukkan bulan 12 nie..

credit card pulak baru dapat kad ocbc titanium..apply sebab banyak rebates compare dgn bank lain...

    rasanya sekarang ni takde masalah nak kurangkan tempoh pinjaman..kalau ambik 30 tahun ,boleh je langsaikan dlm 18 tahun gitu...caranya,kene ambik lon yg reducing balance...dan bayar tiap tiap minggu instead of one month payment..

me takde rumah lagik...keta dah ada, asb ada 100k & tgh cari income utk tambah another 100k, unit trust guna kwsp & cash, stocks kat bursa, life & medical insurance, company & cidb insurance pun ada gak...skrg tgh nak try gold investment lak....

harga rumah/property sentiasa meningkat
value of money mostly menurun disebabkan inflasi

leverage tuk beli rumah pun tinggi
you hanya perlu 10-20%
balance will be finance by yr bank
rate skrg ni pun not too bad...

rumah bagi banyak benefit
can save on rental... kalau duduk sendiri
boleh generate income.. kalau u sewakan
inflation proof (normaly).. kalau harga barang2 naik.. harga rumah pun naik..
value appreciation.. nilai rumah itu sendiri normally will appreciate with time..

simpan duit and invest pun bagus
tapi kalau belum ada rumah
dan ada duit lebih...
beli satu rumah dulu sekarang.....

the amount of money you make from yr investment
might not be able to pay for the same house in 10-15 years time..

cuba study elok2...

ko buat setiap tiga bulan tu dia transfer automatik ke, atau tiap2 tiga bulan tu kita kena pegi kwsp/pnb
