hari ni buat pilates, water intake nk dekat 4L.. dapat minum extra sbb lepas buat pilates 3 set kat umah, peluh kuar mencurah2

summary workout semalam:

pagi: zumba sculpt dgn botol air mineral sebagai pemberat =40 minit



malam:
buat beberapa senaman dari bodyrock.tv
a) 4 minutes pre workout=4 minit
b) ripped abs =12 minit
c) halo of sweat =12 minit



hari nie pagi pulak buat workout nie:
~ Jillian Micheals Kickboxing = 25 minit


update berat 81.8kg

    Anak2 dah besar belaka.. si kecik akk tu.. tak suka ngan akk (dek suka menyakat budak.. sampai nangis kena sakat pompuan tuh..)

Teringin nak jadi kan senaman tu rutin.. setakat ni.. akk buat tukar2 kaki (yang syik upload tu).. lepas tu beberapa senaman yang sesuai utk ibu2)

   wah..... tak sangka kak buat jugak senaman tukar kaki a.k.a mountain climber..hehe...
rasa terharu ada jugak y ikut apa y syik post..hehe

syik nie byk ikut senaman dlm cd... memang rajin jugak la p speedy video cari  cd workout y best2...

kalau nak cari senaman y ringan2 pun ada jugak jual...

dulu penah buat erobik berjalan..senaman tu sgt sesuai dgn org tua...low impact.. memang berkesan la..hehe..

dlm youtube pun byk video2 erobik low impact nie..kalau rajin donload la..

kak dpt senam 3 minggu sekali pun dh cukup bagus kak..

selalunya kalau betul2 tak cukup masa buat senaman dlm website bodyrock.tv..
senaman dia pendek2 jer.. dlm 12 minit..tapi tu high intensity.. kalau org tak biasa sure surrender...
mcm syik pun bukan larat pun, mana y syik tak boleh buat syik ubah kasi mudah sedikit...
senaman pendek tapi berkesan... lagi byk perpeluh banding erobik 30 minit...

    Akk suka senaman tu (mountain Climber) simple tapi kuar peluh.. skipping dan lompat2 dah tak sesuai sebab dah bersalin.. takut lak rahim jatuh (perasaan aje kot... ).. akk ni memang suka risau yang bukan2..
