Dia macam domino effect. Bila yang jota2 merudum .................. then yang ribu2 pun akan ke bawah gak. Cuma yang jota2 ............. percentage merudum tu lagi tinggi la as compared to yang ribu2.

terpk gak kot menyewa lagik untung dari beli rumah. tp kalau kat kl, the cheapest rental rate pon berapa ah? i think (aku assume ajek) the cheapest rental shud be the walk up flat la kot dlm kl nie.

kalau keje area klcc, where is the cheapest rental nearby? maybe walk up flat dkt sekitar setiawangsa, wangsa maju kot? how much the rental then?? size of the house vs. number of family members? the surround area and all? haishh.....byk soklan berlegar dlm pikiran aku......

kalau jumpa yg betul2 suka... beli jer...

awal tahun nie aku beli satu...
masa tu harga dah up by additional 200k... geram jer...

last year ada available tapi aku tak beli konon takut bubble nie laaa...

sekarang sumer dah habis... takde lagi orang nak jual...

yg ada tinggal show house tu pun harga dah up lagi extra 1.2million...
nasib baik aku beli haritu...

lain laa kalau nak jadi speculator

if the property to burst, aku rasa takkan hard landing macam subprime US tue..becoz kelayakan peminjam mmg di kawal ketat oleh BNM...

so, AKPK subscribers, those net total less than 1/3 mmg takkan outcast or come into the picture...

nak kasik burst, perlukan kerjasama rakyat 1malaysia...sumer sekali mesti sepakat jgn beli rumah dlm tempoh 3-5 tahun atau 5-7 tahun..baru lah boleh force down harga rumah..

kita kasik defaultkan loan empunya kaki2 spekulator dan pembeli2 rumah yg tamak2 tue sampai bankrap habis... ..baru kita beli
