Resipi sy pun lebih kurang je, cuma guna susu kotak biasa (fresh milk). Roti tu sapu ngan butter dulu satu side. Campur raisin dan zest lemon or orange. Yg lain sama.. sedap gak. Tapi make sure peramkan roti yg di tuang susu tu lama sikit, supaya susu tu meresap kat semua lapisan. Biar moist. Cuba la.

Sorry adeekhzm, lama I tak jenguk this thread...so today baru perasan. So thanks to others yang tolong jawab, Hiro tak dak kat sana, so tak tau nak beli kat mana. Rasanya kalau tak dak bundt pan, boleh guna pan kek biasa (bukan cheesecake punya tau)...just regular. Sebabnya cake ni bila diterbalikkan dalam pingan, ia akan keluar sendiri, tapi kena spray or sapu butter banyak2 kat acuan la dulu.

Found this recipe in Kraftfoods.com Amazingly delicious. I test recipe for a gathering this Sunday. Turned out great.

Thanks . Freeze about 6 hours...that's all. Ni resepi dia ...senang sangat nak buat. I rasa kalau susah cari strawberry, try guna nenas ke. Resepi dari www.kraftfoods.com

STRAWBERRY WHIPPED SENSATION

12 servings

4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 can  (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
8 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely chopped
1 Tbsp.  butter, melted

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mash 2 cups of the strawberries in large bowl. Add condensed milk, juice and 2 cups of the whipped topping; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter. Spoon over whipped topping mixture. Cover with ends of foil and gently press cookie mixture into whipped topping mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto serving plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Spread remaining whipped topping onto top and sides of dessert. Slice remaining 2 cups strawberries; arrange over dessert. Store leftovers in freezer.

Cool Whip ni macam topping whip jugak (for ice cream) so boleh substitute.



Kalau tak suka makan frozen, boleh letak kat room temp sebelum makan dalam 30 minit so its melted a little bit. Yum!!!

kelmarin dulu saya ada buat puding rainbow nie..
dah siap rainbow dah pun..kira tunggu time nk keras ja..
time nk swirl sket saya sengaja rasa dgn toothpick..alangkah terkejut beruk!
saya terlupa letak gula! ya allah..tak pernah lagik alami situasi mcm nie..
memang mcm nk menangis pun ada..dlm hati mmg dah meraung2 dah pun..
mau tak mau saya terpaksa lebur semua sekali dalam periuk bersama-sama gula..
mmg ralat lah! sebab dah tak jadik rainbow dah..jadik puding coklat laaa..

sabarlah kak kacip....sy lagi teruk.....

5 kali dah buat puding ni tak jadi2 perfect pun.....setiap kali buat puding ni utk kenduri kat rumah so tak jadi pun kena hidang gakla kat tetamu...

sy pun rasa cam nak putus asa ja buat puding ni.....tension betui....takpa sy akan usaha lagi....sabar2

cu habaq mai..bleh kita investigate sama2..

a'ah la...mcm mana leh x jd tuh...? saya masa 1st time cube alhamdulillah...jadi..tuh yg terus bersemangat utk wat lagi...x silap dah 4 x saya wat puding nih...

rupa yg masalahnya.....dia tak smooth...sy rasa sy gopoh kot pastu kali k5 buat, sy buat dgn berhati2...... pastu bila tiba time nak lapiskan tengok2 kaler bercampur plak.....

so camna ni...? ada tips2 lain tak...?

owhhh..tang rupa dia ka..
tapi puding nie kalau nk ikut mmg manis..biasa akak pun akan kurangkan jugak..
part nk lapis tu kan..biasanya dah prepare siap-siap 3 mangkuk dan 3 senduk..
lepas dah cedok masuk dlm mangkuk2 tuh..buh coloring apa seme..terus laa layer..
part nie mmg kena cepat pasal kalau tak nnt dia cepat kental..
tapi biasanya..kalau nk mai mcm kental pun akak buh air panas sket..kasik dia cair balik..
ishh..rasa mcm nk buat lagi laa...tapi tadi dah beli swiss roll..cadang nk wat puding swiss roll laa pulak..
