Naruto, Fairy Tail, Occult Academy Leaked Before Airing (Update 4)

An unknown party has posted several episodes from the Naruto Shippūden, Fairy Tail, Heroman, and Occult Academy anime series onto the YouTube website on Wednesday. All of the episodes have been posted before they will air in Japan on TV Tokyo or simulcast on the Crunchyroll website. The episodes include:

Naruto Shippūden 169 (Naruto 289, July 22 airing date)
Fairy Tail 40 (August 2)
Heroman 22-23
Occult Academy 3 (July 19)

The party's user channel is not currently available, but the videos remain on YouTube. The party also posted episodes 7 -9 of Hime Chen! Otogi Chikku Idol Lilpri on June 3 (after they had aired in Japan).
