gym kat area times square???haku arie tuh da nk terjoin dah california fitness kat menara standard chartered tuh..

tp aku keje kat jln imbi...klu nk g ke gym tuh,kene nek monorail sampei raja chulan...dah RM1.20...pegi balek RM2.40...aku bajet...biase ahhh...

anyways,yg kat pavilion tuh,cam mahal la die punyer true fitness..aku x kesah gym2 kat hotel pon boleh gak....asal kan ader treadmill aku da ok dahh..

anyone knows??

My PT dah buat plan for my exercise regime. 15 minutes on cardio wave (ala ala main ski gitu), 15 minutes on biking, 15 minutes on stepper.the other 15 minutes i spend on workouts machine for abdominal, chest, etc..for every each workout machines kena buat 12 times then stop for 1 minute then continue for another 15 times. Next time increase from 12, 15, 22..

lenguh lenguh badan nak angkat tangan pun tak larat.tapi klu buat selalu nanti biasa. hari tu malas nak gi yoga masuk class bollywood dance, best gak tapi i prefer lagi belly dancing..mencabar tul..

i rasa 30 mins at least. i selalu buat abt 40 to 60 mins.

mmg tinggi. so masa i mula2 start the cardio workout...i did speed level 5, brisk walking, then i got my heart to maintain between 130 to 140. now i dah boleh walk at speed 6 for the same heart rate...maknanya i leh burn more calories compared to last week psl i cover more distance. if not...masa i tried speed 5.5, my heart was beating between140 to 160 lst week. can really see the diff. i will maintain at speed 6 this week, and next week i hope to be able to do speed level 7 and still maintain the same heart rate.

p/s   bencinya appetite semakin membuak2 ever since i started going to the gym!!

Ya...rabbi....my appetite pun sama....asyik lapar jer.
Dah setahun dah kita gi gym, and hujung bulan ni membership expires...
berat naik slightly tp fats reduce and the trainer kata i gain muscle.
Tp tu lah....camner nak turun weight asyik lapar jer...nak diet...
Sipa trainner kata "kak...kena jaga makan kak..." haiyaaa....

mmg tension gila! i now bila mlm cuba sedaya upaya to not take carbo. trainer kata mmg we will suffer from carbo craving psl metabolic rate dah increase...kena tahan dia kata. aiyoo...senang ckp ek!!! :@ padahal before start gym ni, ok aje. control ayu je appetite tu. now cam beruang!!

my dietitician kata klu lapar lepas ambik lunch ke masa snack time ambik satu cup jagung rebus atau taufu fah no sugar. klu ambik air soya pun ok because soy protein membuatkan perut kita cepat rasa penuh.atau tak pun minum air soya tapi no sugar..tengah duk cuba gak makan taufufah no sugar..yekkkk tapi telan gak curi curi letak satu sudu gula hitam..

doctor kata memang lepas exercise mesti lapar gila tu lah kena control nafsu ..lebih elok minum sup sup je lepas exercise.sebenarnya kita haus tapi otak kita signal kata lapar   tu klu tersilap signal kat otak ngan badan, kita dok ingat lapar pulun gila gila. sebenarnya kita ni haus ya amat lain lah kita blm ambik lunch ke breakfast..itu cite lain sbb perut mmg kosong..

ever since i joined gym...x der larr pulak kena camtuh...  
cuma after doing exercising memang larr ader rasa lapar...
lepas tuh appetite back to normal....x der larr nak membuak2 asik lapar jer...

kira im so lucky larr nih...

i pagi before kluar umah, minum segelas air. dlm keta lapar gila...but i buat dek aje. pas tu buat cardio between 40-60mins....depends i sampai awal ke lambat. hilang rasa lapar. then after dah siap bersolek seme....naik ofis, minum semug besar air...dlm 10 mins or so...huh...lapar membuak2! now i bfast amik cereal psl mmg tak sempat2 nak beli buah... ...and by 12 noon...huh..lapar cam hapa!!! ingat kat kepala...nak nasi campur kat Limau Purut (sapa2 kat pst bdr damansara tau la restoran ni!)...amik nasi separuh (genuine separuh)....lauk2...habis licin!! then by 3-4pm tu dah start lapar balik. sampai rumah after work...lapar!...apa mende la! dulu...balik umah mlm...buat donno je.

me plak lepas sebulan wat cardio, stamina mmg naik sgt..awal2 stat 4.8 pastu leh speed up till 10 !!giler
now dah lama stop pastu wat balik sekejap pon dah mengah..hardly breath eventho set 5 jer

my dietitician pernah kata sebelum exercise perut tak elok kosong sangat. at least u kena isi sikit macam 3 keping biskut ke, buah epal ke. tapi penuh sangat pun tak elok jugak. normally i makan 3-4 keping biskut 'lexus ' yg perasa sayur tu .that one elok utk org yg nak berdiet or jacobs yg tawar melese tu..

nak tanya..ada sapa2 tak join TLS Fitness kat Sg Chua tu. OK tak? Twin baru2 nak try join ni.

Apa kelas yg dia org ada..lepas tu nak tanya fees dia. Dia org ada buat utk trial 3-4 bln kan? Twin takut nak commit  setahun nya in case kena pindah. jadi dah ambik yg short period jer ni.

utk kelas yoka ngan aerobik tu twin ada terperasan kat dlm iklan yg letak kat mailbox..ala iklan yg stail booklet dr media focus tu.....tak silap kat seksyen 4 tambahan ada satu..tapi tak ingat nama dia. twin tak join situ kot sbb rmh dah memang dekat mengala sg chua. twin tak tahu bila kelas dia tapi tak silap walk-in Rm10 jer kot.

sebnrnya ... the right way is...b4 exercise kena makan...after exercise kena makan...tp make sure healthy food...

contoh makanan b4 exercise : ada combi carb & protein..cam 1 roti wholegrain dgn 1 sudu natural peanut butter

after exercise leh proceed dgn dinner or ur lunch la..

kita selalunya baca jer posting kat sini.......
berat kita cuma 35kg dan tinggi 160cm.....
kurus kan..
rase2nyer kalau kita libatkan diri dengan menyertai yoga atau erobik berat badan boleh naik x?
