laa.. haku tak kat castle tu seramm.. yang seram tu suasana sepanjang jalan nak kesitu. kalo ko jalan pi terusss sampai ke banshee opps.. glenshee tu lagi soramm. tapi cantikk.

haku kalo tido lepas subuh, teruss je sampai kol 10 pagi.. weekend la.

seramm cos tak dak kete.. kete ko sorang sorang kek situ & jalan haluih.. sepanjang jalan ko tak nampak rumah sesapa / tak dak sesapa kecuali ko sampai kat small town diorang. camna nak cakap ekk.. ko pi lah dulu. then ko taulah maksud haku.

yupp.. stirling castle tu memang cantikk..  lagi cantik dari edinburgh castle & lagi besar. tapi tempat tu berantu kan? kekekeke...  

wallace monument memang ada kat stirling. kalo pi stirling memang boleh nampak monument tu dari jauh.

need ur help.. cud u kindly post here on how to apply working holiday visa frm UK... i hav a cousin who is 27 yrs old.. male. .. and he's interested to work in UK.. so i mentioned to him the working holiday visa.. but cud u pls kindly post here on the whole procedure... can he do it frm here, UK ? and how long does it take for them to approve ? and how long is the duration ?

plssss.. i really hope u drop by this board..

nih nak cerita kat hang sket... masa aku naik ke atas bukit tpt William Wallace tu kan.. aku jalan kaki lagi naik atas.. dlm hujan lagi tau..... macho kan..   tapi termengah-mengah gak la...

mmg aku tak leh lupa aar pengalaman gi Stirling nih.. tapi suweinye.. sebab aku jarang sgt drive kat UK nih.. ade sekali tuh kat roundabout, aku ambik lane kiri..mmg nak masuk kiri pun kat roundabout tuh, tapi aku terlepas ..so aku terus je la maintain lane kiri tuh tapi aku buat bulatan lah ikut roundabout tuh sebab nak pi balik ke simpang masuk kiri tuh, tetiba ade satu motoq besaq jatuh kat sebelah aku.. aku tak langgar dia..dia pun tak langgar aku sebab aku tak dgr apa2 pun dan keta aku pun tak goyang ke apa ke.. aku rasa dia terjatuh sebab dia ingat aku nak masuk kiri tapi aku tak jadi.. aku terus je ikut bulatan tuh.. dia brek terkejut kot.. tu yg terjatuh terus... aku ingat nak berhenti taapi takdak tpt berhenti... tapi ade la org lain berhenti tolong dia.. dan aku pun teruskan perjalanan aku .. aku bawak keta pelan je tau... aku tak paham mcm mana mamat tuh jatuh.... sampai la ni aku risau.....   ..salah aku ka ?.. aku takut satgi polis tangkap aku.... ade kemungkinan ke ek ?

What is this page about?
This page explains what the Immigration Rules say about working holidaymakers. It is only a guide but it aims to answer some common questions.

What is the working holidaymaker scheme?
The working holidaymaker scheme is an arrangement where a Commonwealth citizen aged between 17 and 30 can come to the United Kingdom (UK) for an extended holiday for up to two years. You can work, but only provided this is incidental to the holiday. The holiday should be the primary reason for your stay.

How do I qualify as a working holidaymaker?
You qualify as a working holidaymaker if:


you are a Commonwealth citizen of a country listed in Appendix 3 of the Immigration Rules [attach link], a British Dependant Territories citizen, British Overseas citizen or a British National (Overseas);
you are aged 17 to 30 years of age (inclusive);
you want to come to the UK for an extended holiday, and intend to take employment as part of your holiday for no more than 12 months during your stay;
you do not intend to engage in business or work as a professional sports person during your stay;
you are single or are married to a person who also qualifies as a working holidaymaker and you plan to take the working holiday together;
you do not have any dependent children who are aged five years or over or who will be five before you complete your holiday;
you can support and accommodate yourself in the UK without help from public funds;
you have not spent time in the United Kingdom on a previous working holidaymaker visa; and
you plan to leave the UK at the end of your holiday.

You must get a visa before you travel to the UK as a working holidaymaker.

How long can I stay?
You can stay in the UK for up to two years as a working holidaymaker, in line with the validity of your visa. We will count any time you spend outside the UK during that period as part of the permitted stay, and there is no provision for an extension of stay as a working holidaymaker to be granted beyond the validity of the visa on which you enter the United Kingdom.

How much and what work can I do?
You must intend to take work in the UK only as an incidental part of your holiday, so you must intend to spend no more than 12 months working, and to spend the rest of your stay on holiday.

You can take most types of work including voluntary work, but you may not engage in any business, or provide services as a professional sportsperson. (Any other type of professional work is permitted.)You can choose when to work and when to take your holiday breaks as you wish, but you must not work for more than a total of 12 months or you will be breaking the conditions of your stay. NB: People issued with a working holidaymaker visa before 8 February 2005 do not have any restrictions upon the amount or type of work that they may do."


Do I need a visa as a working holidaymaker?
You must get a visa as a working holidaymaker before you travel to the UK.

What is a visa?
A visa is a certificate that is placed in your passport or travel document at a British mission overseas. The visa gives you permission to enter the UK.

If you have a valid UK visa we will not normally refuse you entry to the UK unless your circumstances have changed, or you gave false information or you did not tell us important facts when you applied for your visa.

When you arrive in the UK, an Immigration Officer may question you, so take all relevant documents in your hand luggage.

How do I apply for a visa?
You will need to fill in a visa application form VAF I (non-settlement). You can get a form free of charge from your nearest British mission overseas where there is a visa section, or from our website at www.ukvisas.gov.uk. You should check with your nearest British mission whether they can deal with your application. If they cannot they
You can apply in a number of ways, for example by post, by courier; in person and on-line. The visa section will tell you about the ways in which you can apply.

What will I need to make my application?
You will need:

a visa application form VAF I (non-settlement), which you have filled in correctly
your passport or travel document
two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) colour photographs of yourself. These should be:
taken against a light coloured background
unmounted, clear and of good quality
printed on normal photographic paper
full face and without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless you wear this for ethnic or religious reasons
the visa fee. This cannot be refunded, and you must normally pay it in the local currency of the country where you are applying

You may also need to show:


evidence of how much money you have
evidence of any travel plans you have made, such as a provisional travel booking.

How much money will I need to qualify as a working holidaymaker?
You must be able to support and accommodate yourself adequately without recourse to State public funds. You must be able to show that you have enough money to pay the cost of at least your outward journey. You must also be able to show that you have enough money for your accommodation and living expenses for the first 2 months after arrival or for at least 1 month if you can show that you have arranged a job in advance which will adequately cover you accommodation and living expenses.

You should get information about how much money you will need, for example through regional tourist offices or through UK websites, about the area in which you wish to stay. This will help you find out how much you may have to spend on somewhere to stay, travel and other basic living expenses. You will then have a clear idea of how much money you will need.

What will happen when I make my application?
The Entry Clearance Officer will check that they have all the information they need to make a decision. If they need more information they may ask you to come back with additional documents before they can accept your application.

Once they have accepted your application they may need to interview you.

You may stay in the UK as a working holidaymaker for two years from the date you enter: You should tell the Entry Clearance Officer when you plan to travel so that your visa can start from that date. The visa can start any time up to three months from the date of issue.

What are public funds?

As a working holidaymaker you must be able to support yourself and live without claiming certain State benefits.

Can I apply to extend my stay once I am in the UK?
You cannot extend your stay as a working holidaymaker. But you may be eligible to switch into work permit employment after 12 months in the UK where your occupation is on the list of designated shortage occupations. Working Holidaymakers may also switch into Innovators and the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP).

Actually masa tu tak pikir berani ke apa..just nak cari pengalaman hidup dan untuk di story mori pada anak cucu bila tua tua nanti. Budak2 sekarang bukan respek org tua dah.. tapi kalau kita ada anything yg related to barat.. depa memang respek abih.. Lagi satu, kena ajaq kat anak cucu yg hidup kena usaha sendiri.. jgn harapkan bantuan.. errr jalan mesti ke hadapan

TQ so much atzue.. will inform my cuz. so i suppose he will need to apply frm his place. but tu lah, mamat tuh masih disupport oleh parents n parents do not approve, so i guess he wont be doing it la kot coz one of the things they need is evidence of ur saving to support urself in the UK..

Kalau dia dah ada kat UK, dia TAK BOLEH apply WHV sebab WHV hanya utk mereka yg berusia 18-30 dan berada di LUAR UK. Kalau dia dah ada kat UK, dia cuma boleh apply working permit. Rasanya itu lebih mudah utk dia sebab dia dah ada kat sana. Just tinggal cari keja dan apply work permit atau jumpa mana2 agent pekerjaan kat sana, Insya Allah, diorg akan tolong. Kalau dia kat sana atas student visa (dan kursus belum berakhir), dia still boleh keja during semester break. Atau, apply for WHV for NZ (while in UK) dan pegi NZ and keja as fruit picker kat sana. Atau, keluar dari UK, masuk la mana2 OZ atau NZ, then dari sana, apply utk WHV for UK, asalkan apply dari luar negara yg nak dipohon WHV tu. The key word here, u need to be OUTSIDE of the country when u apply for the WHV.

Kalau dia bukan student, suruh aje dia cari apa2 keja kat UK tu. Fruit picking ni meletihkan. Better dia keja something better because dia dah ada kat UK. Tinggal nak apply work permit jer.
