Seriously am not that worried about taking the money, cos till today all my payment were through stake holder (my lawyer). Never did I pay a single cents to the Developer lagik. Macam-macam reason sidak tok sik merepair Lot kamek ya.
First sidak madah, sub-con sidak masih belum dapat molah sebab kekurangan pekerja.
Second round kakya madah sik lamak gik tengah ngator beberapa pintu rumah lain agik.
The beberapa bulan kakya alu diam and dak Kamal madah its because STIDC havent recieved my differential sum payment for the Lot and thats why they couldnt process the claim to the bank AND due to that they cannot instruct the site contractor to repair. He said to me, they already make a claim but Bank cannot release the money and so they cannot process my complaint for the remedial work. COMMON!!! Ive checked with the Bank, the lawyers and legal dept of STIDC, they all said NO CLAIM being made yet for my Lot. Obviously this guy is lying OR he doesnt know anything about it. Just wanna create an excuse to back up Sim for not performing.
Nonetheless, I paid the differential sum through lawyer BUT till todate, still nothing has been done by Sim. sigh..... |

Bagus kita semua mintak diskaun RM10K ngan cdak developer jak...apa2 defect kita ato dikpun gne...
Obviously benda tok kompom duit punya pasal...sik bayar duit org x molah kerja lah...ntah2 duit udah bayar abis oleh stidc ngan hock seng lee....then mek dengar subcon hock seng lee lepas dpt duit semua dah lari molah kerja tempat lain..
tok tgjawab stidc to make sure hock seng lee setel kerjanya....maka terit jak byk YB dlm Board stidc ya..
Mek nanga lah,susah juak mun org dh lamak gilak memerintah tanpa tentangan....cdak jadi complacent kata org...
Mun cina pandey...di suruh nya pembangkang menang di padungan ngan sibu..sak sdak memerintah x complacent...
Sepatutnya masalah rakyat nok gitok di ambik perhatian cepat2...Cdak berada di atas kerana dipilih oleh rakyat untuk rakyat...

Jadi gne pasal cadangan kita berkumpul and g jak rami2 ke stidc ya...mintak ajak diskaun RM10K ya....X dapat kita nak nungu cdak nya ato hal tok lagik ngan HSL....byk gilak umh di sia... mun bersatu baruk kita teguh..bukan nak serang pa indah lah...

Helo semua warga SAS. Kamek dah x dapat tahan dengan keadaan mcm tok. baruk tadik kmk hantar komplen ke Talikhidmat. Hopefully sidak STIDC ada nangga komplen ya. Mun dah bos-bos sidak boleh jawab macam ya, nang xda guna jak rasa mun berjumpa dengan sidak. Nampak jak sidak nak lepas tangan. Bukan main gik masa launching tahun 2007 dolok tang kacak jak rupa environment di sia. tapi kinek tok dah jadi macam tanah terbiar jak. Suro pun belom nampak2 lagik. Nei hot & cold water kita? Nei gas pipe kita? Nei wireless kita? Cuba tangga pondok guard nya,huh!!! malas nak explain. kitak org pun dh nangga. Rumput depan ya x lamak gik jadi pokok!!! Kamek bulan 5 ria dah semangat nak move in, tapi kmk mcm sik selamat jak rasa nak diam sia. Banyak gilak defect mun nak dikira. tapi dah kepak nak komplen ngan sidak nya. Mati akal dah nak miker hal rumah tok. huh!!! mode:kecewa!!! |

bukan setakat ya ajak qkv, marek kmk ngaro sidak site nanyak hal meter aek kmk yang dah lebih 3 minggu sik di ambik2 borang biru ya pakey masang meter, sidak madah suruh kamek rilek. Nya madah sidak water board tok kadang slow juak. Kamek madah, apahal waterboard lamat mun ugak2 borang kamek ya masih di office sidak. Lansung sikda initiative nak ngator di KWB!! Diam jak nya.
Kak ya sidak madah mun kamek maok masang juak aek sikpat nunggu meter ya, nyuruh kmk by pass jak ON MY OWN COST!! Common laaaa..... dah la kmk dah bayar LWB, nunggu ajak sidak masang, kakya segal sidak lambat, nyuruh kmk by pass and ON MY COST???!!!!! Gila kali nak???
Today they called me madah plmber dah amik borang kmk and madah will take about 2-3 days time utk masang. Again.... I told them BY HOOK OR BY CROOK, nya mesti masang paling lambat ISOK!!! Mun lambat suruh masang by pass ON THEIR OWN COST!!
Marek kmk ngaro madah kenak stgh tahun sik repair umah kmk gik. SIdak madah sub-con sidak sik dtg molah and nyuruh kmk duduk discuss. I told them no need to discuss with me cos their subcon is their problem. My problem is between me and site contractor. Whatever it is, they need to do the repair ASAP |

Aritok kmk di padah oleh sidak site, sidak sik dpt nak nyambung by-pass meter aek kamek. Sebab sidak sikda barang pakey nyambung nya. Sidak madah juak kebiasaan di sia, sidak customer ngeluar duit dik mpun mun nak masang giya mun sik dpt nunggu meter aek kenak pasang.
Patutkah kamek nanggung kos penyambungan by-pass aek ya bila mana sidak plumber site ya sik molah kerja as per tertulis dalam Borang Biru ya? Nama plumber ya Ah Pin, and sidak madah sidak dah madah Ah Pin nyuruh cepat masang and sampey sia ajak tanggungjawab sidak site.
Common la! Mun Ah Pin ya masang meter ya 3 bulan akan datang, with this kind of site contractor's attitude, Ah Pin langsung sik perlu bertanggungjawab?? Kira mun camya, setahun sik polah pun sik apa kali?? Reason tek ya belah Ah Pin pun hal! Tanggungjawab sidak ialah make sure Ah Pin molah keja sebab Ah Pin ya plumber sidak! Tanggungjawab kmk ialah memastikan site contractor molah kerja mengingatkan dan make sure Ah Pin molah kerja. Mun Ah Pin sikpat, carik urang lain. Mun balit2 kamek jak nak ngepong Ah Pin, bagus kamek kerja begaji ngan HSL!!
Sidak tok sometimes sik berfikir time molah keja. Excuses semua sik relevant. |

Bill Ensol madah esok sidak akan meeting dengan semua yang terlibat dengan projek tok. Hopefully ada feedback bagus dari sidak. Berdoa jak lah... hehehe.... |

Sometimes jenaka juak benda tok. Everytime ada problems, they say they will bring the problems in a meeting. The last I've been told on these is last 2 days when those site contractor want to bring subcon issues problems of not performing. Yet my complaint left unattended. Maybe lum cukup setahun mengkali.
Why I said jenaka? Cos problem subcon tok dah belarutan dari last year and all of us making noise over this matter and after a year, baruk nak gago molah meeting for this??? Its really shows how unreliable they are. |

Sad but true....Tapi mcam ya lah nasib kita yg meli rumah STIDC tok....Tapi pendek crita arimarik (Khamis) kamek cuti nak ngator hal pindah rumah....So rumah kenak serang dak molah kitchen cab and cina lighting(City lighting) tapi meter air belom juak dipasang, lepas SEBULAN hantar aggrement form ke KWB(sendiri hantar). So kamek start lah call Hafiza nyuruh masang accessori paip rumah...diberik nya no Ah Min (0168708447) Lepas ya kamek call KWB (082240373) nanyak mita air Lot rumah kamek, KWB madah lamak dah meter nunggu sidak plumber S/A. Kamek pun cal Ng Tin Foh(Nama dalam borang masuk air-Jurugegas berlesen) nanyak sapa patut ngambik meta kamek..lalu nya merik nama Ah Min juak(Plumber S/A...So apa gik...kamek call Kamal/Fadillah to make sure Ah Hui (Boss Ah Min) ngepong Ah Min the plumber...Kamek madah mun kamek kenak saman kwb bypass air...daknya yg mesti mayar......coz sebelom ya kamek kak NGEBOM KWB...rupa2 nya bukan salah KWB...Bill dah bayar,kos pengujian dah bayar...apaagikk..X kenak pressure KWB tang ada jak Ah Min encowey ptg arimarek masang assesori air ...and JENG JENG JENG...masang METER AIR kamekkkk juak....kelaksambung...solat Jumaat lok... |
