Sabtu lepas, saya try wat kek resipi Bebop tapi diejas sikit oleh Firza Nordin.. Sedappnyeeeeeeeeeeeee Quantitinye pun lebih sket dari orininal recipe..

cemana u buat, buh la sini...tp resipi puan firza tuh mmg mabelos...cuma kena rajin cari essence butter ngn ovalette je la...

bebaru nih aku buat aku tak pukul pon butter tuh sbb small mixer khas utk pukul butter aku rosak, masuk je (dah potong 4 dulu) dan blend sekali dlm mixer and pour to bake...hasil ttp sama...sedap dan gebu

tak sama..... kalau recipe cakap baking soda, selalunya buku dari US; tu bicarbonate of soda / soda bicarbonate.......

hi all....
weekend baru2 ni try cheese cream butter cake recipe from yusnina...
yummy....mcm kek butter bebop gak, tp yg ni more to cheese flavour...  
me alter sket recipe tu... guna 250g cheese and 150g butter instead of 200g cheese n 200g butter... alang2 nak tinggalkan cheese tu...
hehe... masa tgh baking tu dok tunggu surface kek ni turn brown, rupa2nya mmg x brown pun...
smpai dekat nak lekang kat tepi2 kek tu...

Ala.. sowwy mowwy...gambo x amik laa Soya, wat utk orang..

Guna mixer kecik, sudahnye tak muat pulak bowl tu.. terpaksa letak kat besen kecik sbb adunan jadi  gebu n likat dek ovelette tu kot...Ari tu tak tarok butter essence pun sbb stok abis. Letak super vanilla je. harum semerbakk.. Mmg moist ler..

hahh?? pakai blender?? Ni trik baru ni.. Boleh laa try next time, tapi tang nak gebusskan butter tu kena skip la ye?? hehe.. kempius plak.

Bukan buh dalam blender masukkan whole butter (atau potong kecik2 pon leh gak supaya well blended) tuh dalam adunan telur/tepung tuh...sama gak takyah penat2 pukul dulu...dapat method baru la kira aku nih...kalo tak  kena pukul dulu butter tu..messy

Aritu masa buat tu aku pakai Devondale punya butter sedap gak...nak cari Butter Boy (as [er in recipe) tuh kat BWY malas la pulak

Soya, last monday aku try dah ko punye method ni... Very kellaaasss.. main zreennggg je dlm blender. Mmg gebus kooo Photobucket plak problem.. nk tgk gambo ada kt  sini

ekceli i pun pernah buat sekali kek butter bebop ni..dan mmg dia jenis bukan naiik gebu tinggi..mmg agak padat..memula ingatkan kek bantat..tapi bila masu peti ais dan dah sehari..makin sedap..moist tapi x bantat..but yet tak gebuss..sedap laaa...

Cikna99 nak tanya la kat sape2 yg bley jwp soklan nihh..dalam byk2 butter yg jual kat kedai, butter brand ape ekk yg sdap kalu nak masak butter cake nihh...Mesti  :bd:  rasanya lain kan...:bg:
