a'a gebu.....cam span jerk....

tapi kan...kek saya tak la cam kapas...saya rasa mesti saya terlebih apa2 nih...

telur saya guna 4 biji(klau ikut penimbang mmg lebih kot) pastu air lak saya agak2 jer....berpandukan ketinggian botol susu baby hehe...susu pekat pun rasanya 2 camca lebih....tapi Alhamdulillah menjadi cam span dan moist cuma tak cam kapas....memang terlebih cecair kot...

one more, klau diteliti tekstur kek ni nak sama cam kek zebra, tapi rasa memang jauh beza...

kek ni sedap....kek zebra kurang skit...pada tekak saya la....hehe

Saya selak2 page belakang, nak tau kot2 ada yg bagitau berapa bijik telur yg digunakan utk kek ni....tup2 terjumpa posting kak cupcakes semula hehe...

baru hari jumaat lepas buat african marble cake... sedap... saya letak coklat emulco, strawbery paste... buat 3 warna.. satu lagi hijau tapi takde perasa... semua orang puji sedap.. hheheeh.. nanti bole wat lagi....

weekend tu hari buat gak marble kek.
tapi buat style cupcakes n then letak choc chip. choc chip tu seme menyorok plak kat dlm bila kek dah naik.
masa mula2 kuar oven tu errmmmm.. bestnye.. sampai 4-5 biji i bedal

hi pinky, saya wat macam wat kek zebra tu... mula2 letak warna plain, pastu coklat, pink n last sekali hijau... ulang balik sampai habis.. letak setiap jenis colour tuh sama banyak quantitynya. kalau satu senduk semua kena letak satu senduk..

camtu jer senang kan..

o...saya banyak kali buat cam nanasarrah cakap...tp tak pernah jadi corak cam kek nanasarrah...

kek saya jadi corak zebra camni..

kenapa ek...? klau ikut teori cara nak melapis nanasarrah dgn kek zebra sama ja....tapi corak jadi lain....adakah warna memainkan peranan...?kenapa ek...?

saya berkenan sgt dengan corak kek nanasaraah dan kaler dia....cantik sgtttt!!!

ok... mungkin sebab saya goyang skit bekas tuh kot.. sebab tuh corak kek saya berlainan skit..

lepas siap melapis tuh.. saya goyangkan skit  kasi rata adunan tuh.. camne yek..  nak ckp.. macam kocok/pusingkan skit bekas kek tuh.. jangan telebih pusing/goyang plaks..

cuba wat teknik ni.. mungkin ble membantu pinky..
