As salam nak tanya. Adunan pavlova ni leh wat dua kali bakar tak? Sbb oven elekrik kecik je. So kalau nak wat macam mini la cthnyer kan. Of course la sumer takleh nak masuk skali. Kalau bakar batch by batch ok ke? Apa akan jadi?

Saya prnh try 2 kali..
Kali pertama, adunan tu jadi berair2.. separate air dr adunannye huhuu

Kali kedua try, smntara msk tu sy simpan adunan lebihan dlm peti ais.. alhamdulillah kali ni ok je..

Tp tak taula tokey2 pavlova mini tu buat camne..

masa nk bake meringue tu bole plk salah setting. g seting api ats. pasan pon bile bhgn ats dah jd coklat2.. nasib baik jd.cume bghn luar die tu xbpe nk keras sgt..
kne tmbh tepung jagung ke ek?

Whipping cream pakai yang dairy ke non-dairy? Kalau berair tu maksudnya pecah sebab overbeat. So pukul macam mana pun dia takkan kembang balik unless cairkan balik atas api slow perlahan-lahan kacau dan simpan semula dalam fridge sampai nak guna semula nanti kene pukul. Kalau dairy ni dia cepat pecah. So, bila pukul tu jgn sampai overbeat dan dia akan jadi ketul2. Kalau non-dairy ni sebang sikit dan tak mudah pecah.

sy gne brand anquor..sory klu salah eja. xtau mcm mne ejaanye..huhuuu.. yg kotak biru.. mybi lh kot sy overbeat.  sptutnye lps letak esen vanila tu sy gne spatula je..

Kdg2 berlaku samada overbeat (mcm serikandi gurl kate tu) atau kemungkinan besar jugak sbb whipping cream tu tak dikocak dulu sebelum beat..

Non dairy whipping cream ni adelah dr kelapa sawit.. so bsr kemungkinan mase frozen tu krim & airnye tidak bercampur dgn baik.. so bila dah thaw, kite kena goncang dulu kotaknye sblm guna (ni dr pengalaman kawan2 la)

beli baru whipping cream baru jd.. tp xletak esen vanila lah takut xjd..

sy buat bwhnya rentung, sy guna oven kecik  110oC 1jam 15min.
15min pertama 140oC.

dah try buat pavlova. . terjumpa resepi yg HANYA menggunakan 1 biji putih telur, 1/4 cawan gula kastor, 1 sudu teh esen vanila, 1/2 sudu bsr tpg jagung, dan 1/2 sudu teh cuka..
mmg sesuai utk iollsss yg 1st time nak buat. kot tak menjadik tak membazir sgt ALHAMDULILLAH . . pavlova ku menjadikkkk. . rangup di luar lembut di dalam. bakar api atas bawah, suhu 130'c selama 50 minit

Rasenye tak boleh.. nanti jadi lembap pulak pavlovanya.. tak rangup di luarnya..
maybe kena kurangkan masanye kot. (saya yang dah biasa buat pavlova ni pun kadang2 terentung jugek.. )
