ted did get back to robin?
finally...
yup...tak sangka twist yg Robin ngan Barney bercerai...sbb Robin dah busy dgn kerja dia lepas tu pegi merata dunia tinggalkan Barney sorang sorang..lepas tu diorang keje gaduh jer..so within 3 years of their marriage they got divorced...
kiranya they went back full circle la..walaupun Ted with The Mother tapi in the end tetap balik ke Robin

all these years memang i nak sgt robin balik dengan ted, because their chemistry are very strong. sepadan dia dua orang tu..sorang blur, sorang nakal.
hati ted tak lepaskan robin dari awal sampai akhir. |

kan? nampak sgt Ted mmg sanggup buat apa saja untuk Robin..rasa mmg patut jugak lah in the end dia balik kat Robin walaupun The Mother tu pun mmg sgt sgt memahami si Ted tu...
masa hilang locket tu pun si Ted tak payah tanya apa pun kat Robin tapi dia terus boleh tahu yg Robin nak mintak tolong dia...rasanya somehow diorang mmg soulmate walaupun si Barney tu banyak berubah utk Robin dan terima Robin yg ada possibility childless...
sedih sgt tgk finale series ni...Lilly mmg nampak sgt sgt jaga dan hargai friendship diorang semua...and I can see that Alysson Hannigan and the other cast mmg nangis betul betul...
love this series....

aiyaa...u buat i rasa tak sabar nak balik, donlod cite nih...
pada i memang nampak sgt ted syg kat robin, dia clash dulu pun sebab robin..byk buat sebab robin..masa cari loket, itu the last thing yang dia give up ngn robin.
alyson hannigan kalau dia nangis, dia memang menjiwai betul2...i tingat masa episod the ashtray last year. i nangis tgk lily nak kejar cite2 dia keje ngn captain. dia gaduh ngn marshall masa tu sebab lily less attention kat family lepas kerja dengan kapten tu.

kejutan yg banyak.
last sekali, ia balik to square one. rupanya, ted cerita pada anak2 dia tu clue semata2, dia masih ada hati pada robin. tp kadang2 rasa tak adil pulak pada the mother. ended dgn dia mati. byk scene sedih dlm finale ni. kesian jugak pada robin sbb dia terpaksa kuar dari gang sebab tak mau tgk barney kembali pada habit lamanye dan tgk ted dah bersama org lain. dah rasa bukan sitcom comedy pulak..
-et bye ted kepada lily
-barney dpt anak pompuan
-robin pisah dari gang masa farewell party

Dear How I Met Your Mother Creators,
To say I was disappointed in the series finale of How I Met Your Mother is a gross understatement. I am disconcertingly, irretrievably, unfathomably disappointed in the way you chose to end what used to be my absolute favorite television series of all time, to the point where it makes me physically ill to think about. For nine seasons you taught us to believe in magic, and in destiny, and happy endings, and in the fates always working out in the end, no matter how bumpy the road to get there was. This ending absolutely destroyed everything that was magical about this series. A few things you destroyed:
Barney Stinson. From the moment we saw Barney asking about his tie at the end of season 6, and realized that he was getting married, we have seen the character of Barney Stinson evolve, albiet slowly from a manipulative womanizer to a gentlemen worthy of marrying Robin Sherbatsky. When he finally vowed to always tell Robin the truth the moment before he married her, I was proud of him and the full circle that he had done. And then, in one episode, you destroyed three seasons of character development for Barney and made him devolve into an unfunny, immature scumbag of a guy who knocked somebody up and who wasn't even happy about having a child until the moment he held her in his arms. What a SAD, MISERABLE ending for one of the most diverse characters in the show.
Robin Sherbatsky. Ruined her character as well. So she becomes famous, ditches all of her friends and her husband for her career, and lives an anti-social life where she eventually ends up all alone in her old apartment with more dogs?
I could have lived with the mother dying. I could have lived with this. I could have been happy. I could have made it work.
But you decided to take it one step further.
You decided to ruin Ted Mosby. You decided to turn Ted Mosby from a hopeless romantic telling an amazingly beautiful story of how he met the mother of his children into some elaborate ploy to ask his kids' permission to pursue Robin again. Robin. THE SAME WOMAN WHO MARRIED HIS BEST FRIEND AND WHO TOLD TED SHE DID NOT LOVE HIM AND THAT THEY WOULD NEVER WORK OUT EVER BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO FUNDAMENTALLY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. By the way, way to break the bro code, Ted. You shattered Ted's character by convincing us he finally moved on from Robin. But no. Still pining after the same woman after 20+ years. Makes me physically ill.
But the worst thing....
You ruined The Mother and her story. You turned her death into a minor part, another hurdle Ted had to jump to finally reach Robin. We did not see ANY mourning from Ted for the death of his wife. We did not see their final moments together. We did not see the funeral. We did not hear any sadness from her kids. All we heard was "Oh by the way, the mother got sick and died, let's talk about Robin instead". Makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.
You ruined the magic. And for that, I will forever be disappointed.
In my mind, the series ended with Barney and Robin's wedding. A snippet of Ted seeing the mother playing bass on stage. Finally meeting her at the train station. Flash forwards of their lives together. Ted proposes. They have an amazing life and two children together. She slowly gets sick and eventually passes away. And in order to honor her memory, he sits his kids down and tells them the long, amazing story of how he met the love of his life.
And that's the true story of how Ted met the mother, the love of his life. At least, that's the story I will be remembering.

setuju jugak dgn apa fan ni ckp...especially about Barney...rasa mcm tak adil lepas semua usaha dia to win Robin alih alih balik jadik the douchebag that he was before...and it was not fair for The Mother to just die and Ted mcm tak kisah pun...
letting go of Robin was probably the hardest thing for Ted to do...mcm tak adil pulak bila dia kata dia dah let go of Robin and yet still pining for her...

I stop tgk cite ni since macam tau robin ngn barney. lily and marshall. ted with the mother. so I just stop watching this series. Tapi lepas u ckp robin get back to ted. hati i berbunga-bunga sgt nak tgk...dah tak kisah pasal barney used to married with robin.
I tak kecewa sgt bila barney back to his old habits sebab dlm 9 tahun memang director pun byk lebihkan perasaan ted kat robin.

Yep mmg all these while Ted mmg sayang sgt kat Robin, even more than Barney did...cuma tu lah dah Barney tu kawan baik dia pastu Robin pun mcm dah move on masa tu....
tapi dlm tu mmg kita takkan tahu what the future brings kan? last last balik jugak si Ted kat Robin...

Aku setuju 100% dgn komen di atas.spot on! The finale didnt give justice to the show and the characters. They wrote the finale just for the sake of ted ended up with robin.it just doesn't feel right.mcm ko buat jalan menuju ke penang tp berakhir di kl.they ruin everything.look how they destroyed barney n robin marriage.just like that.3 seasons telling stories about the marriage and it only took them 15 minutes to destroy it..
And how they ruin the beautiful farhampton moment with the final 5 minutes scene.urghhh.
This is worst than Lost finale.

Ok bila dah bertenang sikit, like I don't mind that Ted ends up with Robin (ok maybe I do mind because wtf mannnn all that character development for Barney untuk jadi someone's husband musnah camtu je pffft) tapi the fact that diorang buat Robin macam 'suka' Ted just because dia bitter yang Ted is happy with his new life with Tracy. Macam oh ok bapaklah tahap kau suka orang tu lepas dia dah jumpa happiness dia.
Then kalau aku jadi anak-anak Ted, aku offended gila babi sebab ok you make us sit down to listen to 9years worth of your life of how you're going to meet our mother tapi ends up the story jadi cam how I cannot move on with Robin. And macam Kuch Kuch Hota Hai sumpahhhhhhh.
Pastu, diorang guna Tracy macam nak bagi anak to Ted je sebab Robin tak boleh pregnant and then they got their happy ending. Wtf I cannot brain this. |
