kalu nk swim utk jarak jauh... tangan yg byk guna.. kaki ikut rentak je.. kena byk glide n relaks... nafas kena control ler..

besa swim kat UKM ada.. uniten ada.. putrajaya ada.. tak menentu..

aritu ako buat k.. k pertama mmg tgn lenguh gile... tp dah sampai  3k.. tgn dh jadi lali.. smp leh nyanyi lagi dalam air..

ko kena lawan mental ko.. baru leh buat jauh..

dah smgg tak swim jarak jauh.. ptg ni nk buat 1.5k je..

hahah..

ni kira otai ni..... paling penting ... pernafasan.... kalau boleh kontrol pernafasan... jauh boleh pegi.....

tak pernah mampu pergi jauh.... baru swim dah mencungap-cungap........

jojo...,

thanx wei...smlm aku try relax,control pernafasan and aku dapat buat 40 lap....pergh...aku sendiri mcm tak percaya....

kalau dah dapat dia punya rythm tu memang senang,kacang goreng je....

jojo,endurance dah ok tapi speed takde....ni memamng biasa ke?ke kau ada tips untuk aku....?

wah..40 laps..? do u means 2000 metre (1 lap=50 m) .. dasat tuh.. aku takat 1k aje leh pegi..over than that dah rasa bosan,sejuk,haus tekak..kalo asyik kena potong dgn orang lain lagi tambah rasa tension.. jeles btol la tengok org lain swim laju jer..

hmm..ade regular swimmer at Uniten,uitm or UM pool ke kt sini..? aku swim kt tempat2 ni je skrg.. kalo ada leh la kalo nak sparing sekali..

yep...2km...itu hari mood baik plak...itu belasah sampai 2km tu...tapi very slow pace la....boleh pergi lagi...tapi boring la plak.....hehehehe

nak laju ko kena training ler... utk kaki ko guna kick board.. utk tangan ko guna pool bouy. nk lagi guna flipper and paddle.

byk lagi cara nk laju. yg penting stamina kena tinggi ler... ]


skang ni baik ko buat endurance lu.. dah ok... g la training lak.. k speed..

boring tu perkara biasa.. sebab tu ko kena lawan mental ko...

ako sempat nyanyi lagi.. menjerit pun ada.. lwn mental baru leh g jauh.. kekadang berkhayal pun ada.. teringat makanan ler ..itu ler ini ler..

aku memang guna teknik nafas guna mulut, hembus masa dlm air... tapi tak leh gi jauh.... semput.... stamina out... pancit.... dah tua.... dan macam3 lagi alasan....
