The Amazing Fruit Cake contains raisins, sultanas, glazed cherries, mixed peel, brown sugar, flour, eggs, butter, baking soda, lemon & orange rind, spices, treacle and vanilla essence.

saya suke yang basah le.. char koi teow basah pun sodap.. hehe
maaf le saye tak pandai buat kek buah. pandai makan aje 2 pun free keh keh .. topping2 tak bijak le saya..

anis pun suka makan kek buah kukus...makin lama simpan makin sedap rasanya....

hasil air tangan anis..kek buah kukus...4 jam wooo kena kukus/rebus ala2 kukus.

saya nak tanya la...saya baru nak jual kek kukus...kalau berat kek dalam 1.2kg hingga 1.3 kg...kalau saya jual RM 35 ok x?
atau patut ke saya jual RM 40?
sbb tadi saya ade tanya pendapat kawan saya aka cust pertama saya....dia kata baik jual RM 40 aje..sbb saya kena pikir kos2 yg lain....

tolongla sapa2 bagi pendapat...tgh buntu nie.....

tapi yang paling best...dia kata kek kukus yg saya buat tu sedap...semua cukup...xterlalu kering, buah kismis byk n x mendap...

selama sy buat kek buah samada kukus atau bakar, tak pernah lagi buah-buahan tu turun ke bawah.  Saya pernah cuba 2 cara biasa tu iaitu gaulkan buah-buahan dengan tepung & masukkan terus campuran buah-buahan, so far ok ....sbb mak sy ajar mcm tu jugak, dia bgtau terpulang nak letak tepung dulu atau tak, it works both ways...

BJ, guna resepi family...sejak dari kecil, mmg dah diajar buat guna resepi ni..x sure mana aruah mak dapat sebab aruah mak x pandai membaca n menulis... .Resepi?...boleh jer..tang buat gula hangus tu kena pandai handle...sebab kegelapan kecerahan kek bergantung pada kepandaian membuat gula hangus tu...

Kek Buah Kukus

500gm Marjerin/butter (brand ikut suka- nak sedap guna yg mahal, x mo sedap guna jer yg murah..he he he)
2 cawan gula halus/kastor
5 cawan tepung gandum
5 biji telur ayam
1 sudu makan soda bikarbonat
1 sudu makan cream of tartar
1 sudu teh vanilla
400gm buah campur
1 cawan gula kasar dihanguskan (jgn bagi air)

Marjerin/butter + gula dipukul sampai kembang.Masukkan telur dan gaul sebati.Tepung gandum ayak dgn cream of tartar dgn soda dan gaul dengan buah campur.Masukkan dalam adunan telur tu tadi.last sekali masukkan gula hangus.gaul rata.kukus selama 4 jam (cara kukus pula bukan mcm kita kukus kek coklat ke atau apam ke atau lain2 masakan yg kena dikukus sebaliknya kukus cara merebus...dlm periuk masukkan air, letak satu benda jangan sampai tenggelam lak..kemudian letakkan bekas kek buah tu atas benda tu dan kukus la selama 4 jam...)

sy sll fail time nk masukn gula hangus tuh...masuk time panas2 (kalu tak beku kan gula tuh) pastu butter sy akan mencair....biler siap kukus mesti gula jadi setompok2...sy rasa time mengaul tu fail...gula cepat sgt mengeras...kek selalu jadi cam melekit2 dek gula yg tak hancur...tolong advice kak

kak anis buat, lepas semua adunan sebati, last sekali masukkan gula hangus yg tengah panas2 tu masuk dlm adunan dan terus gaul rata guna senduk...pastikan adunan butter/marjerin+ tepung tu dah sebati, bila masukkan gula hangus panas2 tu, adunan mmg akan mencair dan tugas kita terus jer kacau sampai semua gula hangus tu sebati dgn adunan...kak anis nak advise pun x reti sgt sebab x pernah jadi mcm tu lagi...
