Pi la Betong tu, lepas kan kemarahan ko kat orang2 Betong. Tak salah aku kat sana ada pemain ala2 Rafa, so ko hentam lah dia untuk tebus kekecewaan federer.

hhehhee.. ni pun dah lame x pegang racquet.. gara2 dah x lart asik kena belasah
je main tennis.. ye la.. main ngn lelaki je.. pompuan pulak, susah betul nk jumpe kat court..
sebulan ada la 2, 3 kali je main..
kat tempat saya, ada bebudak bawah 18 sorang, bawah 15 3 org, bawah 12 4 org, makcik2 5 org, semua tu boleh main dah, nak kata beginner tu taklah jugak sbb kenkadang kami guna makcik2 utk jadi sparring partner U15 ppuan heheh...
p/s karim, ajak tasyha balik sini, kita soh dia sparring dgn mimi ....ok?
klo kat kl sana tu ada tp banyak junior dan depa pon main utk state dah, nanti saya check kot2 ada lagi
Baik ikut la abang J balik... Boleh pi Betong. Sebelum hang balik, ni aku nak post windshield forehand untuk tatapan hang. Sangat sedap digunakan utk flatkan high bouncing ball. Tapi so far hang orang duk high light Monfils, tapi video ni aku tunjuk forehand Gulbis. Try tenguk masa 0:55 . Sesuai untuk Bidan.
Bagi aku, Roger Fed perlu berehat dlm beberapa bulan, tapi jgn lebih 5 bulan, utk buat post-mortem n cari taktik2x baru utk kalahkan Rafa, Andy (Murry n Roddick) s well s DJokovic. Mungkin, one-handed backhand dia tu dah tak segarang as it used to be kot...
Apa2x pun, aku saja tengok match Martina Hingis yg lama2x. Bestla minah tu main, aku suka w/pun dia nih suka cakap besar.
Can we now agree, after this weekend's play, that clay is the bestsurface for the men’s game today? Seeing Nadal, Djokovic, and Murray hit everyshot imaginable and run down every ball possible, I’m willing to say yes. Clay, which keeps topspin from skipping though the court while at the same timeenabling players to slide themselves into position for hard-to-reach balls, allows the current generation to show off all of their skills like no othertype of court
First, Nadal, Djokovic, and Murray, like most oftheir peers, hit heavy topspin forehands and back them up withpenetrating two-handbackhands. If you’ve ever played on slow clay, you know that, thesurface’sreputation aside, you need to generate enough pace and spin to hit aheavy ball that goesthrough the court—Lleyton Hewitt, a consummate grinder and winner ofmanyhard-court titles, has never been a master of the surface because hecan’t pushhis opponents off the baseline. Second, Nadal, Djokovic, and Murray allhavetouch; clay, even more than a slow hard court, gives them the time notonly toset up and hit that shot, but to slide and reach a very good drop fromtheir opponent. Third, these guys can all play defense, which we knowis aprerequisite on dirt—Pete Sampras was about offense at all costs, andclay was his bete noire.
Now that the serve and volley is nothing more thanachange-up play, clay is the surface that demands the most complete gamefrom players.Instead of an all-world serve—none of these three guys ever hold justbyblasting aces—the foundation of the sport today is a mix of accuracyand powerfrom the baseline. While Murray won without doing much attacking on thehardcourts in Key Biscayne, he was forced to show everything he had to staywithNadal in Monte Carlo. His game became much more varied and entertainingwhen hedid. Ditto Djokovic. In Miami, Djokovic was generally content to putthe ballin the middle of the court; Mary Carillo even said he looked tentative.Comparethat to how he played the final in MC. The hooked forehands thatsent Nadal wide; the frozen-rope backhands that had the Spaniard atfull stretch; the ability to change directions with the ball and hitcorners fromanywhere: This is the old Djokovic, the real Djokovic, and hopefullythe onewe’ll see again in the future. As for Nadal himself, I don't need tomention how much clay suits his skills, the same ones that have madehim thebest and arguably most complete player today. It hardly seems anaccident thathe developed them on clay and extended them to other surfaces afterward.

Takpe ade Mulan ngan Tasyha3...
Is Nalbandian style + more power is the future play of tennis. His style of play-> change ball direction and speed, crispy double backhanded is in Murray, Tsonga, Gulbis and Djoker.
