Tiramisu simple
A/Cream
250gm mascarpone cheese atau philadelphia cheese
250gm whip cream
100gm sugar
1tsp vanilla
1-2Tb cocoa powder atau coffee powder/Nescafe


Chocolate swiss roll

Cocoa powder-for dusting atas


Cara Membuatnya
1. Pukul cheese dan 50gm gula sampai gebu, tepikan.
2. Pukul whip cream dan 50gm gula sampai gebu, campurkan dgn cheese, gaul dgn senduk, masukkan vanilla dan cocoa powder atau Nescafe. Gaul just until combine cukup.
3. Penyediaannya. Sediakan tin (loose base better) 8 X 8 atau 9 x 9. Spray tin dgn non stick spray. Mula2 potong swiss roll dan susun dalam tin.
4. Ayak cocoa skit kat atas swiss roll tu. Bubuh separuh dari cream mixture tadi. Ulang dgn swiss roll, cocoa powder dan cream mixture di atas.

5. Tutup dgn cling wrap, kemudian foil dan simpan dalam freezer dalam 1 jam, keluarkan dan chill overnight.
6. Sebelum hidang, ayak banyak cocoa powder sampai cover atas.

gam_gajah, u kena letak ganache kt tgh2 kek, then slowly sendeng2kan kek tu kasi choc tu meleleh kut tepi2 kek tu....

pagi tadi buat refrigerated cheese cake. sebelum ni nano dh biasa buat dh. Tp x pernah snap pic. Hari ni pulak, masa dh keluar dai fridge, tak sempat snap, bila dh bawak ke kedai abg nano, nak snap, dh nak melt. hmmm.. tp pic ni sebelum di hias dgn buah peach. Pic cake yg dh dipotong & dihias dgn buah peach x sempat snap. heheheh.. lenkali la ye.

aei...xyaH bukak cling wrap or foil tu...after freez 1 hr (sy biasa freez more than 1 hour), terus letak plak kat fridge bahagian atas yg biasa tu...nak mkn barulah bukak foil tu....

page dah jumpa ke kedai yg kat Seri Gombak tu.... Kalau Page pergi Seri Gombak dari Pinggiran Bt Caves kan...Seri Gombak bawah tau... selepas jer rumah 2 tingkat tu ada deretan kedai yg pertama sekali. Mc D tu dah jauh kedepan dia row yg pertama.

Page kena lalu depan rumah 2 tingkat tu Page akan nampak Seng Heng kendian kedai jual hardware (pintu, cat dll), kedai elektrik selepas tu pulak ada kedai Singer.  Kedai ni sebelah kedai singer tu jer... kedepan sikit jumpa kedai jual barang runcit kat luar kedai tu ada banyak buah-buahan dan bunga.  Next building TC supermarket...

Tak silap bagus ada bukak cawangan di Jalan gombak .... tahu tak Lee Rubber dulu...  yang sekarang ni dah buat apartment, rumah kedai tak silap Ong Tai Kim pn ada kat sana.  Bagus ada bukak cawangan kat situ tapi kedai yg mana satu tak tau....kena cari.... Bagus masukkan dlm peti surat makluman yg dorang ada bukak cawangan baru di Jln Gombak.

Cawangan Bagus kat Gombak belakang Ong Tai Kim tuh dah tutup ler sayang... Bagus tuh dia bukak last year time nak raya... pastu awal tahun nie dah tutup dah... sekrg saya pegi Bagus kat taman permata.. dekat area Giant taman permata sana...

A'ah...bagus tu kat taman permata. Cawangan2 bagus ade 5 je, kat tmn permata, taman melawati, sek 13 shah alam, klang & kuching sarawak.

Ni projek bulan 4, baru skang sempat upload. Birthday hubby, cotton cheese cake jer, pas tuh siram ngan blueberry sos





Resepi amik dari sini juga, tapi x bapa ingat resepi sapa, nway .. thanks so much pada penyumbang resepi, sedap sangat ....

nak tanya la..

i selalu bake my cheese cake in my convection oven. brand national, beli about 4 yrs ago, at a price of RM1400 kot.

anyway, nak tanya, selalu nye resepi kek kata masak for 60 min at 160 C.
kalu i cucuk lidi, that lidi kena keluar clean or mmg akan ada yg melekat sikit.

my problem is, i always have to masak for another 20 min kot, kalu nak bebetul clean lidi tu.
but end up, the cheese cake a bit dry la bila makan.

itu yg nak tanya, should i just let it considered cooked even tho the lidi tak clean bila lepas cucuk kat kek after the 60 min?

tq to yg sudi jawap my query ni.
