Double Chocolate Muffin
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
3/4 cup brown sugar (original is castor sugar)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
100g butter, melted
1 egg
3/4 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup chocolate milk (original is regular white milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat oven at 180C
2. Sieve flour, bicarbonate soda and cocoa powder together then stir in sugar
3. Beat egg and vanilla essence together, add in all the wet ingredients to into flour mixture
4. Fold together using a fork until the flour is dampened, but not smooth
5. Spoon mixture evenly into lined or greased muffin tray
6. Bake for 20 mins or until the until skewer comes out clean

buat 2 adunan, dapat 48 biji

kalau nak bawak balik kg, mmg kena byk sbb 5 famili tinggal bdekatan & ramai budak2. dalam resepi roy tu, suhunya 170C tapi saya bakar dgn 200C sbb dgn oven kat rumah tu, kalau dgn suhu 170C, cam malu2 je nak merekah |

saya sejak jumpa laman web kak liza ari tu,tiap2 hari buat muffin.hubby saya sampai dah naik muak nk mkin muffin yang saya buat.tapi saya lebih suka yg kukus dari yg bakar.sebab kalu kukus dia moist c kit.
saya ada ambik gambar tapi tk pandai nk add kat ruangan ni. |

silent selalu buat muffin blueberry. Tapi kan bile dah masak, mesti filling dia jatuh dekat bawah. Mak silent ckp sbb berat kot.. Mcm mane nak kasi filling dia x jatuh? |

Chocolate Chip MuffinIt doesn't requireany machine, just your hands and fork & spoon and of course notforgetting the weighing machine too .. hehe
Muffinsbatter is supposed to be lumpy and not smooth. Just ensure that the dryingredients are moist then stop mixing. Further mixing will give a hardmuffin and you don't want that.
Ingredients
125g chilled butter, cut into cubes
275g SR flour
115g brown sugar
115g choc chips or a block of dark chocolate and chop them into small pieces
1/2 tsp salt
100ml milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
1. Sift flour and salt together
2. Add egg and vanilla essence into the milk and mix them well, put aside
3. Mix butter into flour mixture, using your fingers, rub the butter into the flour till it resembles crumbs
4.Make a hole in the dry ingredients and pour the milk mixture (2) slowlyand using a fork, mix it gently till all the dry ingredients are moist.The batter should be lumpy and not smooth.
5. Scoop into muffin pan or cups and bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 20mins or so till cooked.

ye ke...mungkin eena tak suka dengan texture dia..tapi akak suka..yogut tu akak letak 1/2 cwn je..dan tambah fresh milk ..jadikan 3/4 cawan...sebab akak guna yogut sunglo tu..memang masam.... |

hye..seme..gold dah lame kat cni..dok ngintai dari jauh jek...tak brani nak mencelah..sebab gold tak pandai seme2 tuh...tapi bile tgk seme org xcited..gold dah beli sket2 barang...gold dah teruja gak nak buat..dah bace petua2 tp baru takat page 24..hehehe
esok besday anak gold umor setaun..tingin nak buat muffin/cupcake yg berdeko..tapi neh baru 1st time nak try...harap2 menjadik la erk...so gold nak pakai resepi muffin yg dah ditempek2 kat cni..harap mendapat keizinan pada sifu2 seme.. |

Hantam saja labu..tak perasan pon gula icing, pakai gula pasir yg diblend je
