dilema yang sama lah, takkan nak kurus tak balik kampung lak... time balik kampung lah mak kuark ...

  time hari cuti la nak kemas rumah, cuci tingkap, lap habuk, mop lantai, cuci jamban, vakum 1 rumah..
kalori in > kalori out.... mkn sedap2 makan haruslah dibakar dgn buat keje rumah y tertangguh..hehe

ada sesuatu menarik tuk dikongsi...

apakah perkara y paling TERBAIK kita boleh buat utk diri kita...

cer teka certeka...

adakah bersiar siar?

adakah bersosial??


adakah menonton rancangan kegemaran??


jawapannya simple jer....

iaitu hanya 30 minit jer y kita perlukan...ya 30 minit dari 24 jam dlm sehari...
buat apa saja kita suka dlm masa 23jam 30 minit...

tapi hanya 30 minit kita perlukan utk naikkan kauliti hidup kita...

kita dpt kurangkan potensi diebetis, darah tinggi, strok, arthitis hingga ke hampir 50 %....

dengan hanya

BERJALAN 30 MINIT SEHARI SAHAJA...

tak semestikan kena berjalan direct 30 minit, boleh pecahkan 10 minit ke 3 sesi...

mudah bukan.....!!

utk keterangan lebih lanjut boleh lihat youtube nie..

mr din, apa kata mr din formatkan post update berat. contohnya:

berat terkini: 0kg
berat minggu lepas: 1kg
aktiviti minggu ini: berjalan 30 minit & makan oat je 5 hari berturut2.


sy nak tengok apa yg kawan2 buat dan progress diorg.

update: berat pagi nie 99.7kg

exercise 20 mins on crosstrainer
pagi n lunch : minum soy protin supplement + susu fernleaf
dinner : 2 pieces hot n spicy ribs kfc + coleslaw + whip potatoes
water: 4L

thanks for ur comment.. yg pasal beza berat tu i dah buat dah dari bulan lepas, tgk nnt kat post ranking.. yg pasal aktiviti membantu menurunkan berat badan tu, selalu i mintak dari pemenang top 5. mingguan ni kadang2 org tu tak konsisten, maybe minggu ni turun byk tapi minggu depan gain balik, so i rasa better amik tips dari pemenang bulanan.

tapi masalahnya yg menang bulanan ada yg tak sharing. cth mcm 5 org pemenang utk disember, cuma 2 org je sharing.. cth bulan lepas yg sharing cincau & gforce je.. walhal klu sharing tips dpt tolong kawan2 lain & mod pun bagi extra credits..
