Kalau I keje KL I mesti hangout kat hotel or exclusive clubs, not rumah kazen

sis I'm not talking about what makes a good businessman or not, I'm talking about employers pressuring the employees to quit. And you keep on justifying that "boss is always right'' eventhough they are just greedy capitalists taking advantages of their employees and the system just so they can earn more profits regardless if anyone suffers or not. I think you are the one who didnt get my point.
before you ever decides to hire some staff, read and learn about Herzberg's Two Factor Theory sis. Be a good employer, not a slave owner.

aku penah keje company melayu, kalau pandai bodek bos..cepat la naik gaji.. setahun keje, aku naik gaji dari rm2000 lebih ke rm3500 mmg kuat kipas bos la..apa bos aku ckp, aku jwb faham & ok bos..
tp malangnya company tu xkekal lama..haha..bile kurang projek, tutup la kan..byk projek kerajaan, bile bertukar pegawai..tak dpt la sambung projek 
lepas tu keje company dari oversea, ok la..diorg mmg jaga perkerja..ikut akta buruh tu semua..bos2 semua mat saleh, seronok jugak..jenis matsaleh friendly..heheh tp xde budaya bodek2 la..
skrg keje dgn bos cina & aku tak happy lansung walaupun gaji lg byk drpd company2 sebelum ni  dia mmg sejenis kerah tenaga giler2..lepas tu dh la kalau kaum dia je, gaji lebih..padahal sama level dgn aku (mana aku tau gaji kaum tu lg byk, aku ternampak statement caruman kwsp dia )
mmg tgh job hunting, tp mcm susah je skrg... so aku stay je.. |

Now employers’ market sistur.. better stay where u r dulu.. perhaps for quite sometime kut..
Normal la pegi co mana2 pun the more u get, the bigger ur responsibility is.. takkan gaji rm5k, tp buat clerical job je kan.. kul 5 dah cabot.. mcm tu mmg big boss perati je chuols esok
