Minum ikut keperluan..
Ada ckp indikasinya air kencing..kurang air ..air kencing keruh dan berbau...minum smpai air kencing jernih..
Tgk jugak haritu mkn apa..kalau byk makan daging..benda manis dan bergaram..mmg kena minum xtra water..

sebab amount air tu bkn air putih semata. segala liquid dlm  buah+sayur+air 0+air manis+etc  sebenarnya kan yg setiap  25kg - 1l air.
tapi ramai yg confuse igt air kosong semata. jenuh la nak hirup 7l sehari, mau angkut tong. air kemana2.hihi

Minum bila dahaga
Itu Tanda badan bgtau kita perlukan air
Bukan air gula dan berwarna ok

Dakyah semata kena minum air 8 gelas sari
Apatah lagi ikut herbababunlife kena minum air ikut berat badan

Aku menom 2 liter ja. Sebelum lunch 1 liter, slps lunch 1 liter cukup lah. Ni pon manjang asik ke toilet. Kalau 5liter mahu kene pkai pampers

Ad 1 org so called coach h*******e ni.   Dia kata kena minum sekurg2nya 4liter air.klo rse lapo je..minum air kosong. Anknya pun dia bg mkn shake tu. Aku ckp..lebih air pun bhy. Klo bdn kurus..xkn nk mnum air byk2. Dia kata xpe..kan air kosong...hhmmm

8 gelas sehari, lebih kurang 1.5L.. Itu dah max dah. Minum lebih dari tu confirm aku duduk tepi tandas sepanjang hari.

lecturer time study dulu pesan nak tau kandungan air dalam badan cukup atau tak, tengok warna air kencing. lagi satu minum sebelum dahaga sebab bila dah dahaga tu maknanya level dah teruk/hydrate

Coach hl tu suruh minum ayor bnyk2 bg kenyang kwn iols ikut..sorg lg pn minum 5l sehari smpai bdn obese xlrt nk berjalan muka pn x flawless..ternyata ramai yg xcheck info ni btl2
