leen ada try buat mmg tekstur dia ada mcm cheese tapi rasa macam takde rasa cheese jek maybe sebab leen guna cuka ke?ada beza ke rasa bila guna lemon atau cuka nie?

kalau nak buat kek, better tekan kat penapis bagi dia halus sikit sebab kalau terus guna nanti dia susah nak smooth dan bercampur dengan bahan lain.

mmm...maisya selalu guna limau kasturi je...tak sure plak kalau cuka rasa dia macamana....ada try tambah yogurt tak?

masa sy wat tu pun, mmg rasa cheese tu kurang compare dgn yg beli.
sy campur sket yogurt, lps 2-3 hari, rasa cheese dah semakin kuat.
sabtu lps wat kek, rasa dia lebih kurang je dgn yg beli.

memang lah cheese buat sendiri tak dapat tekstur / rasa  sama macam yang beli, sebab yang buat sendiri macam lebih 'pure'. yang beli tu dah tambah enzim lah, penstabil lah, macam2 lagi.

nak tnya, kat mana nak beli keju mozarella yg halal? biasanya brand apa ye?
nak try buat pizza, tp yg ada dijual kat kedai bhn2 bakeri tu selalunya yg dipek semula. So mcm x yakin je.

Minta maaf bnyk2 sebab Kak Bai tak perasan pulak dgn thread ni. Mujur Maisya ada menyelamatkan keadaan. Tak sangka korang dah buat project cheese pulak. Salute & sungguh mengkagumkan.

Kak Bai buat soft cheese tu tak main sukatan. Main belasah je guna susu tepung campur dgn air. Masak sampai menggeledak, then taruh 2 -3 sudu vinegar. Lepas tu buang air. Memang nampak lembik sgt. Taruh garam & sedikit gula & memang rasa cheese pun. Sebab memang cheese kan. In fact soft cheese ni sedap utk makan bersama asparagus, carrot, batang daun sup yg besar tu etc. Tak pyh rebus pun sayur2an ni & memang sedap makan begitu saja. Lagi satu soft cheese ni nak bagi sedap boleh campur dgn mayonaise, tuna, sedikit lada & gaul. Bagus utk dressing salad.

I say man dah expert buat cheese. Nanti boleh jual homemade cheese.

BTW, kat youtube memang bnyk tunjuk cara macamana nak buat cheese termasuk mozarella cheese. Berbaloi buat dlm quantity yg bnyk kalau suka makan pizza, cheese cake etc. Tapi paling suka soft cheese je utk makan dgn sayur2an.

Yg suka makan cheese utk dipping boleh try yg ni. Bancuh semangkuk kecik air bersama setgh sudu makan cornflour, sedikit tepung gandum & bersama 2 sudu makan susu tepung. Panaskan bersama 3-4 keping cheese, sedikit lada & garam & kacau sampai bancuhan sebati. Yg ni dah sebijik mcm KFC makan dgn kentang. Best makan dgn sayur2an.

Whoopi........ berpinar2 mata saya tengok hasil homemade cheese Maisya. Bestnya........ memang rajin Maisya ni. Saya jarang guna susu segar. Guna susu segar tak dpt bnyk sebab bnyk air dr. susu. Pernah guna soft cheese buat Kek Lapis Cokelat. Memang sedap tak terkata. Patut mod kasi credits. Kejap lagi saya report.

Utk warga CARI FORUM, ini adalah gambar contoh vegetable with cheese dip. Sesuai utk mrk yg tak suka minum susu. So cara paling bagus nak dptkan calcium utk tulang ialah makan sayur2an dgn cheese dip.
