rasanyer leh continue balik...sambung balik...tp kalo dr lease nak ke free memnag susah ler... lanie kat shah alam semua lease..tambahan melibatkan PKNS punya projek tp kalo diaorang ambik balik selalunyer dapat pampasan... cuba tanya lawyer or pemaju or pbt

kalau tak silap i.. kalau leasehold.. bila dah habis tempoh.. for sure diorg akan bagi pampasan.. tak logik kalau tak bagi..

sedangkan setinggan pun.. kalau dorg suruh pindah dorg akan bg pampasan...

org selalu salah paham pasal isu leasehold ni.. actually kalau tempoh 99 tu dah habis, the owner can apply to the land office to extend the lease.. kena bayar premium yg gov fix, normally dia akan ikut market price of the property at the valuation date.. gov takkan simply ambik your house kalau diaorg tak ada plan nak buat apa2 with that area.. the possibility of them taking back the whole residential area is quite slim.. berapa byk pampasan nak bayar to every household? kering la duit gomen bayar pampasan mcm tu

and yes, kalau diaorg ambik, it wont be free.. diaorg definitely akan bayar pampasan.. kalau tak puas hati with the amount, boleh appeal..

another thing, being freehold does not mean the gov tak boleh ambik balik your land/house.. nama pun 'compulsory acquisition' dlm Kanun Tanah Negara.. kalau diaorg nak ambik, the only thing you boleh argue is on the amount of pampasan...

uols rasa rumah 20 X 75 tu kecik tak...

coz aku g tengok rumah kat sec 13 Shah Alam...nampak dari luar kawasan perumahan kat situ...kemas...

tapi...bila masuk rumah dia...terasa kecik la pulak...

then, kalau kita pergi mapex pun majority rumah mesti 20X75 tak pun 22X75...

maknanya...ramai jugak la org yg sebenarnya tinggal rumah ala2 kecik tak besar...besar tak kecik ni eh...

adoi...I sekarang tinggal apartment...bila seriuosly survey rumah since last 2 weeks...terasa frust pulak tengok landed house rupa nya tak la sebesar mana pun...

klu landed properties, for linked-house.. size 22x 75 dah kira besar. Biasanya size 20 x 65, 20 x 70 dah kira ok for dbl-storey.

cari kat area Seksyen 27 Shah Alam.. tak jauh dari Puchong, Subang Taipan dgn Bandar Shah Alam...

mula2 tu me pun risau jugak pasal rumah leasehold nih.. tapi lepas dapat full explaination.. proceed jugak utk booking rumah PKNS kat seksyen 7 shah alam.

lepas booking, ada rumah lain yg dijual dengan rega lebih tinggi.. giler tol rega rumah kat Shah Alam ni.

dari sek 27 ke stesyen komuter shah alam berapa km  haa ??  sorry, i'm not familiar with Sh Alam area.
