kalo ko soh dia buat terang2 mcmtu kat bos dia.. dah sah2lah dia akan kena pecat.. atau paling tidak pun kena gantung kerja buat sementara waktu..

so ko nak soh dia wat apa lepas tu?

Dear pressor! He is, I believe , is your departmental manager. My best advice take him as your mentor. I have similar experience before. He takes no prisoner ...tetapi I ikut rentak dan style dia. I must admit that he was good man and he meant no malice ...just want you to be as good as him. I studied his past works and even copied his presentation styles....I got nothing to lose and I even smoked Cuban cigar like him when I came back form oversea assignment..He still my best teacher till today. God bless him....

i don't believe it..

what i believe is that he's behaving like that coz he is in the comfortable position right now..

so there's no way pressor would know how did he behaved before he succeed as he is now..

Based on the thread given by the forumer ..the boss is indispensable man and his position is unshakable. New and inexperience person in the department are cannon fodders.....if you are no good the rule is ...hire and fire.
