paham cam ni gak. tapinya, loan sy dah setahun lebih ni, yg sy nampak, interest tu, charge sebulan sekali je. dlm t&c mmg ada ckp pasal 'daily rest' ni. sy rasa, sama kes mcm ajai post#13. da

oooo..dah paham la saya..patutla dapat statement ada advance payment dekat dua bulan..rupanya saya  bayar lebih kat cash deposit machine dia tak kira kurangkan principal....ok..ok...now dah tau nak wat camner......skang kene ubah cara bayar, kene gi kat kaunter ....sebab saya mmg standby bayar lebih utk umah ni sebab nak buat penjimatan tp rupanya cara salah..skang dah paham...thank you to oriole sebab explain.......

kombat, awak punye kes cam saya kot...so buat cara yang cam oriole bagitau la kot....kalau silap harap ada yang betulkan......

oic...means extra payment ekk kak juju...dalam setahun bayar ler 24 kali....ermmm payment awal sebelum 15 hb dan hujung sebelum 30 hb ekk...??

macam bank loan agreement saya pulak, ada nyatakan jika nak buat extra payment, perlu dlm gandaan 1k. hmm kalu tak silap, perlu buat permohonan bertulis utk bayar extra bg deduct principal.

saya rasa depends on bank officer yg uruskan kita, ada yg mmg betul2 ikut rules, ada yg cukup sekadar e-mel jer cukup utk inform kita nak deduct principal.

even sy byr 2 kali sebulan pun, tak effect apa-apa pun kan? since dia dah chg interest tu hujung bulan sahaja. betul tak? tu yg sy confused apa maksud 'daily rest'.

nak tumpang tanya.... saya tak berpeluang nak beli rumah lagi..... kalau compare loan yg daily rate/base ni ngan loan kerajaan..... mana yang lebih untung or save...... kalau kerajaan kalau tak silap 4% n tak buleh bayar advance/banyak (betul ke) tapi kalau daily rate ni nampak pulak macam untung kalau bayar banyak tiap bulan......

Dok pikir kalau nak amik loan 10/15 tahun macam risiko tinggi..... bolehtak kalau amik loan 30 thn /25 thn in first place, supaya selamat tapi bayar macam loan 10/15 tahun....  hehhe... maaf la kalau soalan saya ni teruk sangat... harap ada yg sudi komen.....

ada effect, klu loan jenis daily rest.   klu dah mampu byr lebih sekali sebulan kenapa taknak pecahkan bayaran tu jadi 2x sebulan? lagi cepat loan habis.  as long as loan tu jenis daily rest daily compounded.
