Teori kentut ya bagus. Bagus mun berkentut sebab buang angin. Mun jarang berkentut mauk bnyk angin berkumpul di dlm perut.
Nak jaga body sebenarnya senang. Perlu disiplin tinggi. First jaga makan. Bnykkan fresh vege & fruits & kurangkan makanan berlemak, manis, masin & red meat. Of course exercise. Jgn lupak minum plain water bnyk pakei cuci toxic dlm badan. |
