tahun 97 dulu rmh2 kos sederhana effect dlm 10% sj sbb majoriti pembeli beralih kpd rmh yg lebih murah instead of kondo mewah. rmh2 mewah, super2 kondo memang kena penangan yg teruk.
   
lagi pun rumah bawah RM220k boleh dapat 100% loan seperti dijanjikan dalam belanjawan. rumah bawah RM350k dapat diskaun stamp duty utk kedua2 Loan agreement dan S&P untuk 1st time buyer. jd rumah bawah RM350k lebih mudah dibeli berbanding rmh2 rega 400k ke atas. rmh2 flat lagi mudah dibeli.

rumah teres kat kepong, hujung tahun lepas baru 2010 sekitar RM250K...... skrg dis 2011 dah RM300K....... menyesal tak amik.......

rasa inferior sgt.


sket hari lagi dah masuk kelab 30s. dah start angka 3 depan tuh. tapi belum ade rumah lagi. belum mampu lg dgn trend harga sekarang.

kawan2 sebaya semua dah ada rumah.

kita sewa rmh murah2 kat Bukit Beruntong RM200 sebulan. kita pulak beli rmh at hot spot area tengah town then bagi sewa kat org mahal2.  positive cash-flow maa.. boleh cover sewa rmh kita. after 5 years re-finance balik rmh tu, beli lg rmh, sewakan lagi. dan lagi dan lagi.

ramai yg tak paham konsep RUMAH FREE ni rupanya. biar lambat asal selamat. ramai yg tamak cenderung nak jadi flipper, nak main flipping byk2. semua nak kaya cepat. tak reti sabar. sekali bubble meletop padan muka.

Rumah yang harga jota2 ................. sure kaput punya next year.
Kalau yang "real kaya" tu kira alright lah............. tapi yang ambik loan jota2 untuk finance dia punya rumah yang jota2 sebagai investment dan harapkan quick appreciation to make more money...................nampaknya siap sedialah untuk terjun dari bangunan tinggi atau pakai tai terbalik, tali kat atas.

P/S Good bye to property speculators. Your days are numbered. Gua peduli apa dengan lu punya problem.
